I chose this company over cheaper ones because they were "licensed" and in business for over 35 years, well after 9 months the tile on the spa started falling off. I repeatedly told them there was a problem somewhere. It took him about 1 year and a half to address the problem and all he did was re tile the spa. Soon after that my pool was dirty and turning green all the time. I told him there was a problem and he said that was the best he could do. I let them go and hired a new pool person that I had to pay to bring my pool back to life, what a difference!!. Tiles started falling off again from the spa and now we have a leak. It turns out that Lourys Pool Service originally failed to put expansion joints around the pool and failed to tell me this would cause all kinds of future problems. Any experience contractor would know this!! Now I am faced with having to hire a real company to fix very expensive problems Lourys Custom Pools left behind!! If you want to avoid an unprofessional and unethical company Do Not Hire Them!!

All I'm gonna say is he is so reliable and honest and takes his time to explain any questions you may have. He works hard and respects your time. If he can't make it a certain day he will notify you and he also works late just to make sure you don't miss any week of cleaning. I'm beyond grateful. The fire pit has multiple cracks in the coping and is not up to my standards considering we have had it about a year. As for the deck, it is my main concern. I feel it was laid very sloppy as there is a lot of excess drips. The concrete has multiple cracks and numerous eggshell cracking going on. They did an awful job on the brush strokes and color mix as well. I have left messages for the company but have not received a response. I understand that the earth moves and concrete can crack here and there but the amount of cracks are ridiculous. I would not recommend using them for any concrete work but I have attached pictures so that you can make the choice if you would like to use this company...
