My credit card on file with them for a measly $39/mo service agreement was hacked somewhere and I had to cancel the card. then here comes the calls, they were told I could not talk while at work, not to call me again and that I would call when I had time and also had to cancel cleaning as I was at a new job and did not want to take time off yet. However my request was ignored and I was called at work again 2 days later which did not sit well with me, Patricia was told not to call me again and I hung up... within 5 minutes my wife was called by her and she flat out LIED to her saying they couldn't get ahold of me and needed a card number, my wife was also busy at work and wasn't about to give a card number to a stranger anyway. then the texts started....the commando, bill collector, or scammer type of approach Patricia took for a mere $39 is appalling and disturbing from a place that seemed to "care" about your well being......and they do...as long as that money is on time. I do not plan on using them again after this type of treatment and am considering filing withBBB for harassment. It is bad enough going through credit card hack and theft but being harassed for $39 while still dealing with the theft problem is ridiculous.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in layman's terms, using pictures to show you what's really going on. When I had to call him with a question on a Saturday, he called me back within five minutes of being paged since it was after hours. My scar is barely noticeable too which is amazing. There was another woman at my work who had her thyroid removed around the same time by another doctor and her scar looks much worse than mine. I would highly recommend Dr. Scolaro!
