I went once a week and every time I went the staff had no idea why I was there. This is obviously a fear mongering CNN watching staff. I watched a staff member walk by a guy in the waiting room with no mask facing the staff hiding behind the "COVID Curtin". I complained about their fear mongering and was told how serious COVID is and that is why they ask everyone if they have symptoms and take everyone's temperature. I was never once asked and my temperature was never once taken. When I brought up the guy in the waiting room without a mask the same woman who walked past him 3 times acted shocked and marched over to make him put on a mask. I had to stop going because I would be so mad every time I left.

I'm guessing because it was a basic facial aka not customized, that was the reason the aesthetician didn't ask me any questions about my skin/face. There wasn't any music playing so all I could focus on was the squeaky rubber gloves as she was applying products to my face. Day of my appointment I called because I never received an appointment reminder and the phone number was disconnected. I called 3 times to be sure, I texted the number off the website and received no reply. I showed up to the appointment and it was a new business but Dr Williams' name was on the door so I figured all was well but after waiting in the reception area and calling out hello down the hall I left after no one came to greet me.
