I understand that they changed systems but they completely downgraded. They went from a smooth automated system to a clunky manual system with only 2 bud tenders at the busiest times of the day. The people are nice and the product is good. But I can't understand why they completely destroyed the smooth system they had. I will be looking for somewhere else. She shared the effects of the HEAD BANGER Sugar Wax strain and boy her description was superbly accurate. It's rare I can take someone for their word with a strain but with this it holds true. Morgan that works at the health center off of south Colorado in Denver was extremely inappropriate in her conversations with a customer while others were around. In her conversation with the customer, they both discussed how illegal immigrants are to blame for the state of the country while Morgan also added her disgust for a homeless shelter being built close to the dispensary. I felt extremely uncomfortable (as a migrant myself) having to endure this conversation during my visit, and left very disappointed that the staff thinks their employment is the best place to speak political affairs.

Even though parking is difficult it was always worth it but my most recent experience is making me reconsider this being my regular shop. Not sure if they hired a new manager but this is my first time interacting with this individual and it was the worst experience I ever had here. She was very conversational and nice to the customer ahead of me but when she began interacting with me at the register, the vibe shifted. She was curt and non-friendly and when I asked her questions on the product she'd have an attitude and would answer quickly and she was standing away from the register to it was hard to hear her, so when I asked her to repeat herself she visibly looked annoyed at me and would answer in an annoyed tone. This made me not even want to ask any questions on the product so I asked her to just let me see them that way I didn't have to keep asking, which it clearly bothered her when I asked ANY question. When I asked her if I did something to upset her she said "well you kept asking me to repeat myself and customers aren't allowed to touch product" To me that wasn't reason enough to justify mistreatment and clearly a flagrantly nasty attitude towards a customer. I asked to speak with a manager and all I was told is "everyone has bad days" I hope she is reprimanded and talked because I wanted to cry when leaving just from how she treated me and how because I had to stand up for myself. I shouldn't have to do that when going in for my weed, and I should be able to asked questions about the product IM BUYING.
