I've been coming here for a long time and the staff that's still here are always friendly and doing their best, which is why this is disappointing to write. Since the new management took over, staffing has apparently been cut down to only 2 people at a time, and the wait times have become consistently unreasonable. It's now normal to wait 20-40 minutes just to get through the line, even when it's not especially busy. For a dispensary in a city that depends heavily on tourism and repeat customers, this is going to hurt business fast. Tourists are not going to stand around for half an hour and then come back after reading reviews saying the same thing over and over. People have too many other options nearby. This honestly feels less like an employee issue and more like a management decision that's hurting both the customers and the workers who are stuck dealing with frustrated people all day. The product is still good, but the experience has gone downhill enough that I've started considering going elsewhere. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and staffs the store appropriately again, because this place used to run much better than this. read more

I have been a LivWell customer for years now. I walked into this location on 7/28/26 and rang up a few items. I notified the budtender that I had $15 credit on my account (which LivWell had recently emailed me about since I had credit added into my account for my birthday). I also have the email saved as proof of this company's incompetence. The budtender informed me I had zero credit on my account and proceeded to charge my full price for my items out of pocket. This will be the last time I visit a LivWell location, as they are largely falling off the map and going downhill in the Denver area anyways. Good riddance! read more

This place was once one the best chains of dispos in the state, until some corporate cannabis company acquired it recently and closed their grow faculty. Now the product sucks, period. The employees dont look happy. The flower is SEEDY. This place won't from being one of the best to a joke on the streets. MidWell is more like it. read more

I've been coming here for years with no issues. Today, I told the budtender that I wanted to purchase a sativa joint. Paid $8 for it. When I got home, I looked at the label which said: "Indica-dominant hybrid". WTF?? Maybe tell your budtenders to stop smoking so much weed and actually get orders right? When I went to the dispensary around 10 pm to buy some flower, I went to register 4 and was helped by an employee who has assisted me before. I was happy with the service and had a nice conversation with the employee. The vibes were good, and the employee offered me a "new strain" called "soaring safari" and said that I would like it. I have trusted this employee's recommendations before, but this time I regretted it. The 1/8 I bought of the "brand new strain" was actually packaged on 2/7/24, and it's now June. The bud was so fucking dry, so dry that I could crush it easily into dust with two fingers. I was disappointed and upset that the employee had lied to me knowing that I trusted him. I should have checked the packaging and smelled the flower, but I was relying on his recommendation as usual. Most people I know criticize livwell, and though the bud is not always the best, I liked the employees there. However, after this experience, I would rather go 5 blocks to Goodchem. Used to go for YEARS. This location is only a block from my house, was even closer before there move to bigger store. Stopped going back last year or so because when they were doing doorbusters they were allowing multiple buyers to be under one group. Meaning 5 different people could be part of a group, thus they could all go in as a group but by 5 individual doorbusters. When doorbusters are limited and you are looking at wait list that really throws things off on if your trying to decide to stay or not (hour wait) based off the wait list. Hate to say it but this was by far the rudest and most unprofessional store I've been too. A friend and I are visiting from out of town and we were told that we have to try Livwell. Our flight got in late so we were excited to find that livwell was still open till 12am. We Ubered there and arrived at 11:40pm. When we got there, 2 people had just went in to the shop but when we wall we up, the doors were locked. We saw a guy in the front standing there with dreads so we asked him how do we get it in. After watching us struggle with trying to open the door, he finally tells us they are closed. We ubered there and even checked the website to make sure it still said open, so the fact that he closed the store 20 minutes early and was very rude and dismissive with how he was speaking to us was really disappointing. We even explained we just ubered and were from out of town but he refused to assist or explain why they closed right as we were walking up. would not recommend this place . Next time please update the website so that shoppers can know when it is closed . read more

Ll I always get the same thing(1/2ounce pre packed indica ) and been coming here for almost 2years and suddenly as i decided to get an extra eight on the side of sativa. As I was gonna pay the budtender that was very nice to me suggested to get lose flower that I would be getting more for the same price. I was intrigued by me hearing more weed so I went with her suggestion. But I ended getting less weed for the price I had decided. So I was bummed out at home and I called and talked to that actual bud tender and she realize what she made a mistake apologize for it and pass me the manager and I explain to the manager. Dude literally was about to give me the perfect gram bud and turned around and gave me a 5 gram peice ehhh cannabis that came in an unstainable package (compared to those hemp medicine capsules)... ugh never again! I love this dispensary - everyone is super friendly and professional, and the products are great quality for reasonable prices. My favorite are the in house dabs - people constantly ask me where I get my wax when smoking socially. I think my favorite budtender's name is John - he's super cool, seems to remember me as a regular, and always steers me in the right direction as far as choosing the best products for me. I don't usually have to wait long before I can get in, and I really just love the vibe of this place. I seriously have only had a warm reception here from the front door staff. I love righr across the street and have given this place way more chances than I should,but convenience is key and i really did try. The bud tenders need a lesson in customer service!! I love bud tenders usually,so warm and happy and Personable and this a reflection of their business to me,and frankly there Marijuana. Their budtenders are just flat out rude and have no personality. They act annoyed and as if we are a problem in their life,it's really worse and colder reception the more I go which I would think to be opposite of how a shop should treat a regular. We go to this dispensary all the time with our puppers, Buddha, and they are starting to feel like a little LivWell family!! They are always so welcoming and friendly every time we are there. All the staff are extremely educated on products and always patient with any weed questions. I recently bought a transdermal CBN pen and it leaked and mis-dosed. I was able to return it with ease and the manager on at the time, Aurora, and Robert both were absolutely amazing. They gave exceptional customer service, walked me through the differences between this product and the CBN patches, and were just phenomenal! You can tell these people really love what they do and care about their customers. If you're nearby this should definitely be your main dispensary! read more

Just moved to the neighborhood. I am disabled and use the mobility scooter because I can no longer walk. I went to the store and it is not handicap friendly whatsoever. Once I got inside I was never made to feel so unwelcome in my life. Every time I tried to turn my scooter around they made a big deal that I was violating their boundaries. Out of the Zillion weed stores in the Metro area, this one seems great! Great deals on bud with Daily sales of Ounces for only $99 & certain eights are only $20- They have a point card that every purchase gives ya points that are good toward future purchases. The have all kinds of weed, edibles, drinks, & concentrates along with a special Snoop line of products. Staff is always friendly regardless of the one you go to, every store has different bud! They are ALL CORPORATE. They have been my Medical Care Giver for many years and now they have raised pricing multiple times on Medical patients and DON' CARE. At the same time they reduce pricing for Retail where with tax it costs less then 3 dollars more. They don't want to take care of Medical patients anymore, that is why so many have already left their care. Colorado is not about Corporate BS. Go buy your marijuana products from someone who actually cares. Stay away from LivWell. The Bud Tenders are nice, but all they can do is agree that it is unfair, and blame corporate. read more
