I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. As a bonus, the studio is conveniently located next to an amazing deli, which was perfect for grabbing a bite during the session. There is plenty of parking and the studio vibe is chill. The engagement photos came out so amazing that it made us even more excited to see how our wedding day would be captured. Raymond and his team truly went above and beyond on our wedding day. They were there from the very beginning, starting with our Chinese and Vietnamese tea ceremonies, and stayed all the way through the reception and dance floor. Every team member had such a clear vision for what to capture, and they absolutely delivered. One thing we really appreciated was that Raymond knew exactly when to step in and direct our wedding party and family members during photos. Weddings can get chaotic, especially with a large group, but he helped everyone remember what to do, kept things moving, and spoke up when needed. She said they were doing a raffle for a free shoot so I signed up. I realized that they would probably reach out... but not the 8 times in one day that I got. In one of the texts I received, it said I was a "finalist" for winning the free shoot and to reach out to them to set up a time to discuss (i saw the text but didn't have time). When I got ANOTHER call this morning, I spoke to the woman on the phone and she was extremely pushy about setting up a photo shoot time without even discussing pricing, etc. I explained to her that I signed up for the raffle and asked if I had won since I have received so many calls in one day. The line got silent for a while and then she said that there was a misunderstanding and she would add me to the no contact list. She then promptly hung up. I don't know who they are using for their sales... but whoever it is has left a bad impression of your company. Too bad because you were wonderful before.
