I came at 2 for my appt and they only did the pedi & said they didn't have anyone to do my mani. While I was getting a pedicure, the tech kept putting the equipment on the floor which was gross. The front desk woman assured me the manicure would happen shortly. another customer also getting a pedicure complained during that time about her mani/pedi not getting done at the same time as well. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they had no idea who I even was. I showed the technician the design I wanted and asked if she could do it. I made it clear that I was completely open to choosing something simpler if it wasn't within her skill set. Instead of answering the question, she repeatedly responded with "it's up to you" and showed visible attitude when I tried to clarify. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the design I showed. The nail shapes were uneven and the acrylic application looked misshapen. I did not even get cuticle oil at the end. I was charged $75 for an acrylic fill. I still tipped generously but the overall experience and quality did not meet expectations.

I love that when I go & have my kids in tow, they offer to put on a kid show, or dvd for my kids. They don't have to, but its awesome they offer. John by far is the best for the more natural looking nails (for a more thin & flat surface.) Not the best place for pedicures, but decent for a quick fix. When I wait & see someone leave the pedi chairs, I like to witness them being cleaned out. When I don't, it makes me nervous!
