Henna was more expensive than other nail salons in the area but there was no set prices on sample designs - whoever did the henna estimated the price you pay. The henna itself was beyond disappointing, it looked like I had it for over a week the very next day. I even tried the fresh lemon juice + sugar trick (I often get it done for music festivals) and nope, still faded. While I agree that their customer service skills weren't the best, I didn't come here for that. I came for a great and inexpensive thread job and that is what I got. They always make my brows so good more than I expected and the best part is they put the eyebrow powder after (on request) which makes my brows look more full and defined. I bought of the color which is my favorite brow makeup ever. I love all the girls who works there. They are always so helpful and nice. My whole family go in their both locations. Me n my sisters always go there every 2-3 weeks. we all love the place. we always get so many compliments for our eyebrows. the first time i tried this place was great a i got a young girl very nice i had been growing my brows for a month i was very happy sh eleft them thick i hate thin brows, went back still good got her again. this last time there was only one lady older with glasses i was affraid to try her but i was there and expected a good job as my last expierence but she ruined my eyebrows i just died when i saw them! she left on thicker than the other and left me with a thin very thin not shapped brow sorry to say i wont ever go back i dont even understand how she messed them so bad. thank god for makeup but now i had to go tru the ugly process of letting them grow out. if you go there please avoid this older woman with glasses wish i would of gotten her name! read more

Went in yesterday (11/01) for a quick touch up and walked out very unhappy! First, when i walked in the two girls already sitting behind the counter continued to just sit there..what happened to manners ladies?? You stand up and greet customers giving you service, you should probably also get off your cell phone and attempt to make eye contact with me?? Or did your fake blue contacts not allow you to do so? Very rude little girl.. i understand why your business is suffering and is on groupon now.. Any who a different girl actually did my eyebrows and shaped them the best she could. Seemed a little too thin to me but oh well, they looked better than they did when i came in. Because of the horrible customer service (or lack there of actually) ill be happily heading to LAYLA's threading from now on... I would not recommend. I came here once before and neither of yesterdays girls were there that time, an older lady did my brows and was very polite, professional and welcoming. which was why i went back. I really like this place and all of their girls are fantastic. My eyebrows are always perfect. I'll always choose here over Layla. Only gave 4 stars because weekends they get too busy and waits are too long & they seem to rush a little bit (but that's expected anywhere I guess on weekends) but I always stop my after work during the week and am always out in about 10 minutes :) read more

I have been to 4 threading places before going to Liza's. I've never paid less than $11 without tip and the service is usually hit or miss. Liza's promotional price is $6.99, but their retail price is supposed to be around $9, the best price I've heard about yet. Additionally, when I went in my eyebrows were shaky on shape and also needed cleaning up. I saw Bishu, she cleaned them up and fixed my shape. No lie, my eyebrows haven't looked this good in a long time. She is very competent, doesn't hurt you, does a good job and is very friendly. I'm going to make this my regular place! read more
