I asked for an estimate but John couldn't give me one because his seamstress wasn't there. This is the owner of an upholstery shop for several years and he can't even provide a 'ballpark' estimate. He wanted me to leave the cushions and he would get back to me at some later date. REALLY, you're the owner but the woman you pay $20 per hr to (while charging your customers $125 per hr.) and you can't offer an approximate project cost. You are USELESS, and you don't have a clue what customer service means. Good luck slowly going out of business because of your stupidity.
