Well now they look new.. like glass !!! I'll be able to see better at night. It was becoming an issue for sure, and that's why I was definitely going to just replace . But Danny fixed that.. MY HEADLIGHTS LOOK NEW!! Oh happy day!! Im really glad I finally went today. My interior is awesome now. The 22 year old carpet looks as if it's NEW. I feel like I'm in a different car. They did a really good job. Exterior looks great - like 10 years or more newer. INTERIOR - WOW!!! So impressed! Who's car is this!! This was worth the drive! I got in my car to leave and when I sat down, it was like I was in a different car. A much newer and cleaner car. The shifter is so clean and different looking. Like a nice leather or rubber material.. in like a really good way. It makes you think, my god, how dirty was it. Then it's almost embarrassing... but then I became happy again because I just love what Danny did to my car. I honestly had no idea this car had such nice carpeting until this detailing. They look amazing. A week later I'm still loving it. Headlight polishing made visibility at night back to normal - as If new. If I was to sell this secondary car, I am certain it's more valuable now I believe in letting someone know when they did a great job. Well I'm thrilled!! So there you go.

We couldn't have been more satisfied. When we picked her car up we had an indication on the dash that the Steering air bag sensor was not functioning and we needed to go to the dealer. We brought the car to Lexus and paid almost $2000 for the replacement air bag. Inquiring what happened the technician said it was 'shorted out' which I said was impossible because we don't drink/eat in the car. The technician ran the vehicle's computer and it showed that it was shorted out while being detailed and said that this is common accident - can happen to anyone while cleaning your car - they see this a lot. I called Chris, the owner, and explained what had happened. He said to send him the computer print out for the car and my repair receipt which I did. He immediately reimbursed me for the entire repair- no questions asked. This incident was totally an accident- not carelessness on anyone's part. It just happened- the world is not a perfect place -stuff happens. I want the reader to know that this is a professional shop, do great work at a reasonable price and are stand up people. Chris the owner is an honorable trustworthy man. Would I go back again? 100 % I would -and will!! Going to schedule my next cleaning this spring

To begin, we had a car seat/ stroller that was given to us by a well meaning friend. Upon review of it, Chris immediately said that it did not meet current safety guidelines and suggested that we cut the straps and throw it out, which we did just that! I already felt safer knowing that he was knowledgeable about the most recent recalls and safety measures. Then, with patience, he installed our new car seat and bases in each of our vehicles, at no charge, and gave us a FULL education about the seat itself, how to use it, and so much more information that I never would have expected to learn. Chris is the authority on car seat installs and I would never go ANYWHERE else. I have already recommended him to all my friends and family who are expecting. A+++++++ for the service at Continental. Our car seats are so tight that I'm not sure if they're ever gonna come out of this car . I've even taken family Members to have their seats looked at, and Chris does it all with a smile. What I appreciate about Chris and Mike is that when we had a very noisy power seat (it still works, just sounds like chewbacca's mating call) they were honest with us, and said that the cost of trying to figure out what was wrong and then fix it was more than it was worth, and they didn't want to see us waste our money! While I've never had any work done with them, if it's ever needed, I know they will be my first call

When i went in person and told the guy what package i wanted, i also got his input on which package i should get. i told him my interior needed a good wash. he recommended me "the works" package. $50, i spent $50 and they did an awful job. crumbs still everywhere, they left their rags in my car, they didn't scrub my dashboard bc dust came off as i swept my finger across it. i'm very upset that i just worked my ass off for $50 and now wasted it for a horrible, overly priced, wash.

On the exterior, not too much was done, outside of the automatic car wash. I asked an employee if they could clean the top of the car, since there was a little pollen there. They said no. I guess some people got better experiences, but I won't be returning. Good luck folks!
