As part of my process for reaching out to get quotes for handling the mold in the basement, I looked up all 3 businesses online. At first I didn't see any Yelp listing or information for TNT, which wasn't faith-inspiring. But for thoroughness' sake I gave them a call--and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Cleve doesn't charge a fee for simply coming out to look at the extent of the mold, as the other two vendors did. I ended up selecting TNT to handle our mold, due to a combination of their price (highly competitive, because Cleve & Maria involve themselves in each piece of the process rather than sub-contracting everything) and because I felt from a phone call and a meeting that Cleve would look after my interests...rather than just trying to nickel & dime us for everything. I'm a customer who likes to know what's going on when I'm working with someone; and Cleve is a vendor who isn't shy about telling his customers what's what. CONCLUSION Cleve (the owner) was straightforward, warm & professional through the entire lengthy process of handling the mold. They carefully had to reset all the paver bluestone slabs and then reset the steps leading up to the entrance gate. After setting everything in place they used this special grouting material that hardened like concrete and almost matches the bluestone. The job came out so beautiful that we now have to do the other much larger entranceway by demand of the unit owners who are saying how it looks ugly compared to the newly restored area. Like I said earlier they have done a lot of work for us and never a problem. Their work is always done on time if not before the given time.
