If this is the face of your business, I would reconsider the training or hiring of someone with customer service skills, because it was non-existent.

When I came back, they suddenly told me none of the sensor batteries were working and that it wasn't working at all. It was finally done 6 and a half hours later (2:30pm). I went home and two days later I hooked my trailer up with the family in the truck and headed out for our new years vacation. Got a mile down the road and heard a weird noise. Pulled over and got out of the truck and looked around and found my driver side rear shock fell off. Called the manager Julio and told him what happened. He sent a mechanic out to fix it but he didn't show up till 4 hours later after my family and I have been waiting on the side of the road. Even though the shop was an hour from where I was. The manager (Julio) even said they probably didn't tighten the bolts and that's why it fell off. Told him I wanted compensation and he told me the owner said he thinks he gave me fair compensation for installing the upper control arms and diff drop kit for free. (Worth $290) I have all screen shots of texts from him. I'm glad the owner thinks my family's life is worth $290 for something that could have been way worse.
