My family has been coming to this place for tires since it first opened in 2008. My dad has gotten tires here for all the cars in our family and even his trucks from work. I've been in a couple of times to get repair on my tires, just to get it checked for air and for new tires. What I like about this place is that they don't BS around and Tony ( the manager) always gives you the best quality at the best price. The service is always quick and they take great care of your car, whether you drive a BMW, a Monster Truck or a mini van. The fist time I went in, my dad had called in advance and talked to Tony about what I needed and got a quote over the phone. I went in, right away he asked if I was Don Jose's daughter, I said my last name and he was like yeah he has a big black truck, and a big mustache. I thought it was funny and he just asked for my keys and said it will be ready in 20 mins tops ( just a tire installation) I've never waited more than 30 mins for a service. This place really takes care of their customers and they appreciate their customers who come back, they treat you like family. As a girl I hate doing things like taking my car to the tire shop, because sometimes the guys who work at these places can be jerks and treat girls like they are stupid. Thankfully I never have to worry about this at Superior Tires, they are always respectful and they answer my questions when I'm in doubt. If you need any tire service, this is the place to come and don't forget to ask for Tony.

For starts I want to give a big Thanks to Paco. He is the definition of immaculate customer service. My quick experience was a nine AM appointment for an alignment at the San Ysidro location. I show up and only to find out I was at the wrong place, Paco did not hesitate to make a quick call to the location in "Natty" and had it squared away in seconds. I am new to the area and thanks to everyone at superior Tire I will definitely be coming back for any services needed. read more

The first time I used Superior Tires service, I was amazed by the service coming out this place 5 stars all the way. I've now been back multiple times receiving excellent service, every time Tony the owner is almost always on site delivering the best customer service. All of their tires come with a free lifetime rotation and flat fix when you buy a set of 4. The prices are very competitive and the work is quality! They also do alignment and oil changes, and with the financing program they have getting what you need is a breeze! Sooo I came here because it had great reviews. The first time I got a used tired that had a leak within the first week. I went in saying that it was squeaking they said they didn't hear it but I needed to replace my back drums and rotors which I shouldn't need to replace my drums as the car is still fairly new! I told them to look at my front rotors and brakes and they said it was fine.. they got me ! Within days my car was squealing and had to go to another shop where they showed me the rotors had multiple heat spots and break pad life was pretty thin. Soooo not too happy with them read more

I got a flat on the freeway and no spare tire (2016 mustang) Had AAA tow us to this tire shop (we called ahead to see if they have the tire size) and they told us they have a used one and a new one. Got helped right away. Great customer service. If I lived closer I would definitely come here again. read more

Had to come in for an emergency tire replacement. I don't live anywhere nearby. These guys took me in as a walk-in, got me a fair price on tires which they had delivered same-day then installed them for me, all between 2-6pm. Paco took the lead and was super nice, they even worked with me on picking my car up after hours. 10/10 service and, so far, real happy with the maintenance and performance. read more

I've been here a few times before for oil changes and to get a used tire ,all these guys are soooo informed on cars, The work area behind is a tad small and it houses about 4-5 cars i think but they get the job done quick and efficient, also the guys at the front desk are always nice and helpful read more

Stopped by after work due to a flat tire. The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. As I parked in the front, Esteban walked over to my car and assisted me right away. AMAZING SERVICE..... I needed 4 tires for my car so I called this place and gave the gentlemen on the phone the tire size and all. He asked me to hold. He came back and told me what he had and the tires are in good condition.with installation, tax and rotation it would be $140.00, now you know you cant beat a price like that anywhere. So I came in and he showed me the tires, I thought they were brand new because they were THAT good, they were actually in PERFECT Condition. I thanked him and asked him to please install them on my car so that's what they did. At the same time they have a "check in" coupon on here for a free oil change if you checked in on Yelp, I asked him about that and without any hesitation he replied with "we will be more then happy to do the oil change as well at no charge". These guys are amazing and greet you with kindness and respect and do not scam you like most other places I have visited throughout the years. Thank you so much for everything and I recommend that anyone who is in need of tires, oil change or whatever else this place provides, to come here. This will definitely be my place of oil change, tires and any other automotive repairs I may need and that they may provide. Thanks again for your time guys and best of success. read more

I had many visits in the past and always made business with the young fella there. Had never had any issues that's why I refer them well to many of my friends and family. I would NOT think twice to give a better review if that older person worked in the back instead of dealing with customers. He apparently does NOT have any work ethic. Does NOT know how to treat a customer with respect. I took my tire to get it aired up, it took them a bit over 30min for that and once I got the price of $10.00 I asked why.... " $10.00 for just air?" The guy raised his voice to me saying stuff like, we don't work for free your tire had dirt, we had to dismount tire(which is understandable but if only he would've explained in a orderly fashion that's why I asked) and as I asked for my change back, he held it back and said no wait, he called the worker to explain to me in a rude tone. I had no problem paying, it was his reaction that bursted it out of proportion, and only because I asked... I told him that I was never coming back, he shouted " that's fine! We don't need customers like you here!! In front of other customers... That's when his co worker tried to call him down saying he was wrong for saying that. That guy walked me out and apologized for his rude behavior. That old man is going to jeopardize the reputation of SUPERIOR TIRES. Good luck if you go here and that old dude helps you. read more

They used an impact on my caliper bracket i had to order a new one since they stripped out the threads in the bracket and i had to do it change it all myself ive been going here for years and I typically do everything myself but i trusted them with a wheel bearing since i was in a hurry but now i know i should have just waited and done it myself read more

So far, I am blown away by how fantastic this place is. I came in for an oil change and because of my check-in, it was free. Yes you read that right, 100% free. I have been servicing my vehicles at Superior tire and I have had excellent service so far. I'm always in and out of the shop and they have a small waiting room to sit and watch television in. Ive gotten a couple tires from this shop and they've all been good with no defects or problems. They were even able to help fix my wheel, after I hit a curb and dented my wheel. These guys are really cool. Just had them put tires on my BBS RS ( not a cheap wheel) they were very careful and didn not damage the lips at all. When it came to an alignment they expressed their concerns about the car being too low for the machine,( most places would tell you after they scrape the shit out of your car). I asked if I could see for myself, with my permission they did get the car on the machine it was close but there was no scraping. These guys are car enthusiast that care about your car just as much as they care about their own. They even put cartoons on for my son as he inspected every tire in the lobby. I will be bringing all of my cars here. read more

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the tire tech mounted four tires onto four brand new aftermarket wheels that were still sealed in the box. The wheels were unboxed onsite and were in perfect condition. After mounting, the tires were submerged in water to check for leaks, which I appreciated. However, there were a few major issues. First, the tires were never balanced, which I was told would be done. Second--and more importantly--when the wheels were handed back to me, they were completely soaked from the water test. Because of that, I couldn't immediately see any damage. It wasn't until I got home, mounted the wheels on the car, and wiped them down that I noticed damage all around the lips of my rear wheels only. The marks look exactly like clamp marks from a tire machine. Unfortunately, when I brought this up, Olympic Tires refused to take responsibility and claimed the wheels were already damaged before I brought them in--which is absolutely not true. This was really disappointing, especially after trying to support a local shop and trusting them with brand new wheels. My advice to anyone coming here is to inspect your wheels very carefully before leaving, especially if they've been submerged in water. I'm still hoping Olympic Tires will take accountability for what appears to be a clear mistake, but as of now, this experience has been frustrating and costly.

After being in quite a traumatizing auto incident and left with a 3-wheeled car (a tire flew off!) I had my car towed over to Neighbors where they promptly took action and were already in solution mode. Since the car was undriveable the crew came up with a way to roll the car off of the tow truck without possibly causing more damage. From then, I was informed of the many damages in the matter of importance and what needed the most attention in order to atleast get it back on the road. I was even shown a graphic of the main parts needed to be fixed for a better understanding. The costs were broken down and presented in a way that didn't feel "shady" nor unfair. Once the car was done I came to pick it up and literally walked past it because I didn't even recognize it! It looked like an (almost) new car! Any signs of this car being in an ugly street incident just a day prior was all of the sudden, gone. The family at Neighbors truly care about what they do and when I initially brought my car in one of the things that they said was "we just like cars..." I get it and their passion shows up in the work and service they provide. I'm grateful to be a customer with them and will refer everyone I can to their shop.

They checked it first, told me it would work, charged me a $25 service fee, and said the car would be ready in 30 minutes. When I came back, they suddenly told me none of the sensor batteries were working and that it wasn't working at all. That made no sense since they had already checked the brand new part before taking my money. After I pushed back and asked for my part and refund, a few minutes later they came back saying, "Oh, it's working now." That alone felt dishonest, and then they also tried to upsell me on lug nuts I did not ask for. I would not trust this location. I recommend going somewhere else.

So this morning as I was leaving a neighbor pointed out tires were super low and sure enough as I turned on the car the car felt funny. I'm on my way to work and worried I make a detour to superior tires. I explain to Esteban (super cool friendly worker) who greeted me right away what was going on. He quickly gave me a solution and walked me through different options and taking the time to explain things more in detail to me since I know nothing about cars lol Great experience and helped ease a stressful start to my day!
