Sooo I came here because it had great reviews. The first time I got a used tired that had a leak within the first week. I went in saying that it was squeaking they said they didn't hear it but I needed to replace my back drums and rotors which I shouldn't need to replace my drums as the car is still fairly new! I told them to look at my front rotors and brakes and they said it was fine.. they got me ! Within days my car was squealing and had to go to another shop where they showed me the rotors had multiple heat spots and break pad life was pretty thin. Soooo not too happy with them read more

My family has been coming to this place for tires since it first opened in 2008. My dad has gotten tires here for all the cars in our family and even his trucks from work. I've been in a couple of times to get repair on my tires, just to get it checked for air and for new tires. What I like about this place is that they don't BS around and Tony ( the manager) always gives you the best quality at the best price. The service is always quick and they take great care of your car, whether you drive a BMW, a Monster Truck or a mini van. The fist time I went in, my dad had called in advance and talked to Tony about what I needed and got a quote over the phone. I went in, right away he asked if I was Don Jose's daughter, I said my last name and he was like yeah he has a big black truck, and a big mustache. I thought it was funny and he just asked for my keys and said it will be ready in 20 mins tops ( just a tire installation) I've never waited more than 30 mins for a service. This place really takes care of their customers and they appreciate their customers who come back, they treat you like family. As a girl I hate doing things like taking my car to the tire shop, because sometimes the guys who work at these places can be jerks and treat girls like they are stupid. Thankfully I never have to worry about this at Superior Tires, they are always respectful and they answer my questions when I'm in doubt. These guys took me in as a walk-in, got me a fair price on tires which they had delivered same-day then installed them for me, all between 2-6pm. AMAZING SERVICE..... I needed 4 tires for my car so I called this place and gave the gentlemen on the phone the tire size and all. He asked me to hold. He came back and told me what he had and the tires are in good condition.with installation, tax and rotation it would be $140.00, now you know you cant beat a price like that anywhere. So I came in and he showed me the tires, I thought they were brand new because they were THAT good, they were actually in PERFECT Condition. I thanked him and asked him to please install them on my car so that's what they did. At the same time they have a "check in" coupon on here for a free oil change if you checked in on Yelp, I asked him about that and without any hesitation he replied with "we will be more then happy to do the oil change as well at no charge". These guys are amazing and greet you with kindness and respect and do not scam you like most other places I have visited throughout the years. Thank you so much for everything and I recommend that anyone who is in need of tires, oil change or whatever else this place provides, to come here. I had many visits in the past and always made business with the young fella there. Had never had any issues that's why I refer them well to many of my friends and family. I would NOT think twice to give a better review if that older person worked in the back instead of dealing with customers. He apparently does NOT have any work ethic. Does NOT know how to treat a customer with respect. I took my tire to get it aired up, it took them a bit over 30min for that and once I got the price of $10.00 I asked why.... " $10.00 for just air?" The guy raised his voice to me saying stuff like, we don't work for free your tire had dirt, we had to dismount tire(which is understandable but if only he would've explained in a orderly fashion that's why I asked) and as I asked for my change back, he held it back and said no wait, he called the worker to explain to me in a rude tone. I had no problem paying, it was his reaction that bursted it out of proportion, and only because I asked... I told him that I was never coming back, he shouted " that's fine! We don't need customers like you here!! In front of other customers... That's when his co worker tried to call him down saying he was wrong for saying that. I have been servicing my vehicles at Superior tire and I have had excellent service so far. I'm always in and out of the shop and they have a small waiting room to sit and watch television in. Ive gotten a couple tires from this shop and they've all been good with no defects or problems. They were even able to help fix my wheel, after I hit a curb and dented my wheel. These guys are really cool. Just had them put tires on my BBS RS ( not a cheap wheel) they were very careful and didn not damage the lips at all. When it came to an alignment they expressed their concerns about the car being too low for the machine,( most places would tell you after they scrape the shit out of your car). I asked if I could see for myself, with my permission they did get the car on the machine it was close but there was no scraping. These guys are car enthusiast that care about your car just as much as they care about their own. They even put cartoons on for my son as he inspected every tire in the lobby.
