I've been here twice and the guys that do the work are quick and since English is their second language they translate with the girl at the front desk to help customers who don't speak Spanish. SO HELPFUL! They helped me out with patching a tire for only $20 and did a tire rotation for only $30. So grateful for this shop. I've only ever experienced discount tire before them, and they would always recommend getting two brand new tires because "they could t patch it". I always knew places like that were a scam. Terrible place, I pulled into the garage waiting five minutes no one even acknowledged me. I say hello I need help with my car and they ignore me. The man sitting in front of me gets up and leaves to the next room. I've been here multiple times with my boyfriend and they walked up to the car, but me by myself all three of them ignored me and said I needed to come to them. You'd think after ten minutes they would say something to you regardless especially since they have no signs on where a line should form. The actual space is not that big you pull in you're two feet away from them already. I'm 8 months pregnant by the way and it's very visible and the car next to me was able to get greeted without getting out the car. Went 20 steps down the way to the next mechanic and they greeted me to see what I needed like ALL mechanic shops do. read more

*****WARNING***** This place is dangerous! They either don't know what they're doing or don't care. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. I brought in my Ram 3500 dually for a tire rotation. I had a few special requests as to where the individual tires should end up. I offered to write it down or mark the tires so it would get done properly. They declined my offer and said "this isn't that complicated of a request". When they said it was done about an hour later, I looked at the truck and the tires were mounted in the wrong positions. I asked them to make it right and they refused to redo it. I took the truck about a block down the road and nothing was balanced. The vibration was noticeable at 45 mph. I then decided to look under the truck to see if they had put my spare back, and they hadn't. They left the rim and unmounted tire in the bed of the truck. I drove back the shop and made them mount the spare tire on the spare rim and put it back under the truck where it belongs. I didn't even bother with the balancing issue. I wouldn't want them touching anything again. I took it to another shop and had to pay more money to fix their horrible and dangerous work. At the other shop, They found every tire out of balance, one tire wasn't even inflated, My valve stem extenders were not put back on, and my wheels were severely scratched in their careless process. There's a thousand tire shops in Vegas. Please do yourself a favor and pick a different one, or learn the hard way like I did. read more

Been pumping air in my tire for more than a week thinking I just needed air. My boyfriend finally convinced me to get it checked and found this place. The man who helped us was courteous, efficient, and patched my brand new tire. Price is reasonable and fair. They found the nail I patched weeks ago, but firestone left the nail stuck in the tire. :( Sophia and Chris was super helpful. The fix was done by removing the tire, patching the hole, and then remounting the tire. These guys are super honest, won't sell you a tire like some other shops do. I'd definitely come here again. My tire was low and I asked for help getting a patch , they told me they couldn't do it and recommended another shop. They then tried to make me pay just for checking my tire (never heard of that in my 27 years of life) then my car battery dies INSIDE of their garage and they offered me no assistance in getting it started!!! We we're out there for EDC 2021, and our rear back tire was low on air after Day 1, so we put air that Saturday morning, but it didn't fix the problem. Especially after driving up to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and parking on that gravel lot. I did some some digging and found these guys. I brought my vehicle to this tire shop before the service was very fast and the tire tech had even looked over my suspension during the alignment and balancing. I recently visited this tire shop for a balancing everything seemed to go fine when I got the vehicle back I noticed both front rims had been damaged when I brought it up to the front desk person she had the tire techs come out to look they seemed to make jokes in Spanish about the situation and one of the tire techs tried to tell me how they weren't going to do anything to fix the damage and that's why happens when you get a balancing I explained I have had them balanced here before and was given ignorant responses from the so called manager on why it happened this time the tire tech decided to tell me that I would just have to go to autozone to get an ink pen to cover up the scratches which I thought was absolutely ridiculous that I come in for a service you damage my vehicle cost me more money then to tell me to go to autozone when I tried to talk to the front desk person that claimed she's the owner but sure didn't act like one the tire tech multiple times kept interrupting acting like he knew that he was talking about I will never be back to this location I was given insurance information from the so called owner over two weeks now and still no resolution from the insurance so I guess I will be going to small claims court anyone reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else cheaper service doesn't mean better I see there are other good reviews possibly before they hired two middle school looking kids. read more
