When your air conditioning goes out in your car and there's a heat wave warning, you don't sleep on getting that fixed. Busy Bots to the rescue! I used request a quote to reach out and find a local auto repair shop that could take me this week to get it fixed and Busy Bots responded to me SO quickly and even let me book a time to come in right then and there. I came in and Mike was super helpful. He told me it was free to diagnose the car and run a test on it to see what was wrong. I ended up walking to a coffee shop and he said he would call me in about a half hour to let me know what was wrong. He called in 20 and laid out what was wrong with my AC and told me how much it would be to fix it, and that it would take about 3-4 hours. The price was reasonable and to have it fixed that day, too? Great! No biggy! I just stayed at the coffee shop and got my work done. I received a text literally at 4 hours pretty much exactly that my car was ready to go. Mike explained again in person when I got back what was wrong and what exactly they did to it. He also let me know that they have a 12 month waranty so if something goes wrong with it again, I can just bring it back and they'll fix it again free of charge, which is so freaking nice. They even pulled my car up right to the front, too! It's really hard to find reliable mechanics where I don't feel like they're taking advantage of me because I'm a woman and know nothing about cars haha but I'm so thankful Yelp brought me to Busy Bots because I didn't feel that way AT ALL! I've come here twice -- one a planned appointment, and one unplanned. The first time I came, I came for an oil change. I was really in need of one, and the price was just right. Mike explained everything I'd need to know and was very kind throughout the whole process, and I was happily on my way. About a month or so later, my tire inexplicably flatted out and I was right down the street from here for some help getting it checked out and getting a spare on. Mike was closing early that night, but he still dropped absolutely everything and throughly checked out my tire. We'd discovered that it had rotted from the inside and he explained to me exactly how and why it happened, which is super good to know for future issues. Despite staying even later for me, he still put my spare on and gave me tips on how to get home safely. I'll be coming here for all future needs, purely because of the kindness and quality of service that I received. His prices are extremely competitive and his service is excellent. Here's the kicker, Mike could have torn up my car to tell me that the fix was something simple for my AC and charged me an insane amount of money in the process but instead told me that my car most likely just needed a software update. He could have made abunch of money off me but was super honest and even waived the diagnostic fee completely for me, which I'm truly grateful for and which has made me into a long term customer. Had Mike and his crew do a 60,000 mile service on all (fluids) on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK. They flushed and refilled my entire radiator /engine system, flushed and filled my brake system, drained/pulled pan and installed a new filter to my auto trans, not just drained but (pulled both front and rear axles pumpkins) to inspect same! Inquired and got quotes from several locations regarding an oil change. Not only was this the first the respond but was very efficient with communication. Took my car (white BMW 3series Coupe) in without any appointment, Mike was outstanding. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had such a great personality. Not only was I charged what I was quoted but it was such a very seamless process. I was in/out in less than an hour. They also topped my coolant off. When they ran a free diagnostics check he mentioned a few issues and listed them by priority explained each one. He wasn't at all pressing for anything but was very informative on how each issue would eventually affect my car in the future. My check engine oil light was off and my car is running very smooth.
