I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.

My daughter got a piece of metal stuck in her tire today and it went flat an hour before she had to pick up her 5 year old and 3 year old from two schools. Luckily she was able to uber to one of the schools and then get a ride to the other from a good friend. But what now??? Thank you Jr for the quick service! 5pm on a Saturday night is not the time to get a flat tire, I called Jr and got a response within minutes. He was able to get a tire for me, come to where I was on the other side of town, and balance and install the new tire. There is a small premium for the service but worth every penny as a single mom whose other option was to tow her car to a 24 hour tire shop. read more

For the pre-purchase vehicle inspection, Thomas gave me the computer diagnostics report and an analysis of his tests of the used car I was looking to purchase. The car was a 2005 Honda Accord, which I was hoping to purchase as a temporary car for commuting. Thomas was able to break down his findings in a way that I understood the problems and the risks they presented. His conclusions helped me make an informed decision not to purchase the car because of these issues. This means a lot of All in all, Thomas is a mechanic with fair prices, transparent operational processes, and trustworthy recommendations.
