We rented a Mercedes SLK through Turo and got a flat. We didn't get the insurance so we had to pay out of pocket. They were able to replace the tire in less than 30 mins at 9pm with a used tire. I went to this tire shop expecting to pay $90 for a new tire, as I was quoted. However, once the tire was installed, they suddenly tried to charge me $190--more than double the price I was originally told. When I refused, I had to wait nearly an hour just to have them remove the tire and put my spare back on. To make things more frustrating, when I tried to discuss the issue, they told me I "didn't understand their language." Why can't EVERY business establishment be as awesome as this one? Okay...to sum up the experience: I had a couple of tires on my car which were pretty close to DOA. Auto Mall was recommended to me (I was told I could get used tires for a good price). I went to Auto Mall and I was greeted by Rigo. Just so you know, I had already gone to Sears (WAY too expensive), and another place ("Sorry, if you don't have an appointment, we're booked all day.") They were out of my size of used tires (only $40 when they DO have them), but I can "90 days - same as cash" on some new tires if I want (only $99)! So I took it...2 new tires! There is so much more that they did for me... This review really does not do them enough justice! I randomly stumbled upon this car wash that wasn't far from home. Th outside of my car looked clean but once I drove off I realized that the car did not look vacuumed at all and in the backseat still had splashed soda on it. The whole inside looks like it was not cleaned at all and I paid extra to make sure that was cleaned that was the whole purpose of getting a car wash. I also tipped them . I have a baby so my time is valuable biggest waste of time and money if you ask me. I will never go back again! read more

Came to here change my tires for new ones i just got .so the employees scratched my wheels in the process all 4 i told the employe and after 5 or more minutes of denying it he finally gave me 20$ back from the installation fee witch still Dosent make up for scratches on my wheels and i just had Purchased the wheels few days before this happened and i checked them before i paid and i no for a fact that scratches where not there im really unhappy because they continue to do business and im out of luck now i have scratched wheels read more

I had been looking for 20" staggered set of wheels and tires and I looked all over Vegas and Henderson and I could not find anyone who sold what I needed, finally at 7 pm one night i was looking on the internet and there it was Auto Mall. I'm very disappointed. I visited Auto Mall Wheels & Tires yesterday, 6/20/16, to inquire about three tires for my vehicle. I was told by the technician that they had used tires available for my vehicle at a discount. I was sure to ask that the used tires were in a safe, quality condition, especially given the heat and road conditions here in Las Vegas. I was assured the tires still had safe tread life and trusted this response believing that a reputable business would not knowingly sell me tires that would possibly put me or other motorists at risk. I WAS WRONG! Of the three tires I purchased, two need immediate replacing and the third may have another 1500-3000 miles, if that. I called and spoke with Sergio today. He seemed not to be concerned about the dangerous situation and said they will look at my tires to determine if they can replace them. At this point, I feel a full refund + the difference to purchase new tires is due. That is the least this company should offer given the safety hazard that is posed by knowingly putting bald tires on someone's vehicle. read more

I went to get my tint done today and I had an appointment at 12. I got to the shop am6d they told ke if i can come back like 1245-1 because they are working on a car. Thats strike one, so I leave and then come back. They started my car at 1 finshed at 3 paid and left. So 30 min of me driving I notice the back window bubbling. I then call to see if I can come back on Saturday and they can fix it because I did not want to drive back. So the guy I talked to don't remember his name, he has light brown hair tod me.it would dry i need to come back today. That is strike 2. I then drive back and I got their at 3:55. So they start fixing it and Im waiting for a good 20 min and then how long will it take an hr? And the reply was no.not an hr. I then look at my car and hes replacing the whole back window tint. So i immediately get mad. And they finish at 530! Once they finish, they tell me I can drive it out of the shop not one sorry or sorry for the inconvenience or anything of that matter! Ruined my whole day! I will be writing a complaint on yelp also and calling the manager in the morning! read more
