Here is the review i guess i posted to wrong store first.. Josh helped us with our nee member of the family Timber. I was so scared to hold a snake but my son really wanted one. After the passing of my beardie I decided lets go look and see. (I was secretly looking for a new beardie. Lol) Josh was so kind and patient with me. First he had me touch the snake then gently helped me hold him. I think the fear left me a little after seeing how majestic ball pythons are. Son and I continued to walk around and talk about it. Excitement started and well we have a new pied ball python. Son named him Timber. Having lizzards all my life Josh helped us find what was beat for our new baby and helped me with some tricks. He did an amazing job and highly recommend speaking with him. Better yet any of the workers here. I know in the past a lady helped me with my newest lizzard a simple house mediterranean gecko i saved off a glue trap. I always got pinheads and ahe helped me with gnats and telling me about her miniature lizzards. This store is amazing to juat walk through and look at all the different animals. My favorite spot still is the turtle enclosure u can go into and hang with them. Some day ill own one, i just know it. Lol. read more

Came in to ask about purchasing a cornsnake and left with plenty of information. Came back a week later once we had everything set up. Javier, Joshua, and Jesús were extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire time we were there. They even got my daughter to interact even though she is very shy. My son really wanted a lizard for his birthday and petco let us down, so we came to this reptile store and were blown away by how many cool reptiles they had! Evan helped walk us through all the pros and cons of each lizard and helped us narrow down the best lizard for our family. We got the cutest baby gargoyle gecko and he helped me know what kind of soil and feeding dishes it would need and taught me how to mix the food just right two spoon feed it to the baby gecko while he is still young I brought in all the habitat things I had already bought and they were so nice and helped me set it up so that it was disinfected and safe for our cute gecko. They even taught me all about that isopods the soil needed and how to keep the habitat humidity level levels appropriately. Seeing places that actually genuinely care for their animals always makes me ecstatic. The staff are kind, but don't hover over you like in chain stores. They all seem like folks who have a passion for reptile and bug care. The enclosures are honestly gorgeous, and I frequently go in as if it were a zoo exhibit. My little brother loves to come in with me and look around. As for the animal care, they seem to be flourishing and full of life. Very vibrant colors, lots of them seem incredibly active as well. Lots of food and enrichment options. It is awesome to be able to go into a store and not only purchase the creature you want, but also to be able to get their entire enclosure and all of the things they might need in one place. What I find really cool is that there's a huge spot in the back where you can interact with the tortoises! They're super super friendly and love coming up to you. Very cool place! read more

What an awesome experience I had today at this store. Evan could not have been more helpful. I brought home a gargoyle gecko about a week ago and had been struggling to get the right consistency on my powder gecko food and Evan took the time to show me how he does his and it was extremely helpful. The lizards in my garden are more plump than these guys. Moldy food, emaciated lizards and snakes. Drinking Water was green with the baby tortoises. Crazy af. - I appreciate the response, I admire you guys take in these animals.
