Great service. Great fee. Nothing but kudos to them. I've used them before and I will use again.

Came in. Got a paper notarized for $10 and was on my way. Took me about 8 minutes tops. Very nice people and quick service!

Really rude staff. Lied when I ask if a chair was new. Kicked me out of the store when I called…read morethem on it. Way over priced. You can buy a brand new chair delivered for the price of their used chair. Avoid.

I bought a really expensive chair from Ducky's Furniture on July 2021, which came with a lifetime…read morewarranty. The process of buying the chair was easy. They have a nice showroom, and the salesperson was attentive and helped me decide on a great solution. This year, the part that lifts the chair stopped working. I brought the chair in on March 29, 2024, and they said they'd start the replacement process. A month later, there was no progress. I had to repeatedly call them to get any action. Finally, they had the vendor ship a new chair. However, FedEx said they only received the order on April 26, 2024, over a month after I had dropped off the chair. This means that without my constant follow-ups, the order might never have been started. Now, it's May 20, 2024, almost another month has passed since FedEx received the order, and the tracking status hasn't progressed past "We have your package." This isn't how deliveries are supposed to work. The company tells me the problem might be due to the vendor being unreliable. So here I am, nearly three months after dropping off my chair for a replacement, still chairless. Last month, I had to go to the store to demand my broken chair back just to have something to sit on. I feel bad pestering the same front-desk employee on the phone. He's been very nice and polite through this process, and I know it's not his fault at all. I expected better service for such a high-priced item with a lifetime warranty. I hope this review will prompt Ducky's Furniture to improve their customer service and expedite my replacement chair.

One the worst experiences period. Sourcing for our office--no one present when I showed up. Offices…read moreunder construction. Was asked to "show myself around" and call back when the business development person was in. Called back - to get quotes and ask for additional samples on seating. Was transferred to Lisa Arthofer who refused to discuss anything with me because they don't do "home office". I asked her if she knew what a "home office" was, and just got the response... "go online and order something." Sounds like she isn't the sharpest pencil in pack. We are a "home office" as in an Investment Management shop. Unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak with someone else she retorted "I'm the Vice President of Business Development for the whole company." Wow. Not what I asked, but thanks for the information. Stick with someone who doesn't have their head up their @$$ like Global, BMI, Ducky's or really ANYONE else. Thanks OpenSquare. Best of luck to you.

This is a review of the OpenSquare's customer service center. I have no experience with their sales…read moreoffice, but I will definitely be going there for future purchases after my experience with their customer service. The short of it: excellent customer service. The long of it: I had a Steel Case office chair that I had purchased years ago from another vendor which broke due to a material defect. It is still under warranty so I contacted the vendor who drug out the process for about as long as I could stand it. When they finally agreed to ship the parts required to repair it, they did so without any instructions whatsoever. I tried everything I could think of to make the repairs--website, Google searches--including contacting Steel Case directly (don't waste your time they won't talk to you). Finally, as a last resort I decided to see if any one else carried Steel Case and if they had a service center which is how I found OpenSquare. When I called I was connected with a service center employee named Tom. He was great. He gave me the instructions to fix my chair. Unfortunately I was unable to get it to work so I called back and he offered to fix it for me if I brought the chair to their center. Five minutes after bringing it in, it was fixed. Tom was as nice and helpful in person as he had been over the phone. And there was no charge for his help. I can't say enough how much this impressed me. OpenSquare will be the first place I look from now on. Thanks Tom.
