Each day we kept getting different information, which felt like the runaround. We didn't end up getting the car back until the following Tuesday. Being without a vehicle that long was a huge inconvenience for our family. When I asked if there could be any type of discount because of the delay and miscommunication, I was told they couldn't offer any percentage off because they had to use a more expensive part for the Audi. While they did apologize for the miscommunication, the overall experience was still very disappointing. To make matters worse, about five days after getting the car back, we started smelling gas and had to bring the vehicle back again to have it checked. That was very concerning, especially after just having repairs done. I understand that repairs can take time, but better communication and making sure the job is fully completed the first time would have made a big difference.

The other shop told me that I should take it back to them and make them do everything again the right way.
