Their bid, while it wasn't the cheapest, was very reasonable and unlike some of the other contractors we spoke to, had experience in all aspects of the project which was very important to us. Yaniv and his team provided soup-to-nuts support, beginning with taking our ideas and turning them into a 3D design that brought our ideas to life while also making some suggestions that we didn't even think about. And once the project started, all of his crews, including construction, pool guys, hardscaping, painting, and finishing ALL were very professional and quickly addressed any concerns that we had throughout the entire process. We decided to remodel our backyard and replace the 30 year old concrete that was stained and cracked. We had three paver contractors come out, look at the job, and give us quotes. Yaniv from LMX appeared to be the most knowledgeable, flexible, and detailed of the three companies that submitted quotes to us, so we awarded LMX the job. Yaniv addressed potential issues before the job started and discussed costs if they needed to be fixed. As it happened the drains needed to be replaced as he thought they might be, but the cost to replace them was not a surprise. He and his team showed up each day as promised, did their best to cleanup every day, was always available for questions, and completed the job on time. We are extremely pleased with his team, the job, and the way our yard now looks. BUT, that is not how this story ended. I came home after work about 4 weeks after the job was completed to a yard that had water all over our new patio. Called Yaniv on a Friday at 4:30. He sent his crew over by 5:15. They located the leak, tore up the pavers, fixed the leak, replaced the pavers the next day....and you cannot see where the repair is.... absolutely amazing!!! The leak was caused by a faulty PVC pipe, which was unforeseen. This is really what customer service is and should be .....LMX will definitely get any business I have in the future. Our project to find and fix leaks in a wall of our home grew due to the discovery of dry rot, the city's insistence to upgrade our home to current earthquake codes, and our decision to modify our deck, leading to delays beyond the control of LMX Builders. During the work we were hit with storm after storm, and were very impressed with the personal efforts of Shay to protect exposed work in progress from water damage. Shay genuinely took personal responsibility to take good care of our home throughout the project. Another thing that impressed me; Shay very carefully selects and monitors the work of the crews that do the work. The team he chose to do our work was amazing. They were able to detach and temporarily support a massive deck from where it was attached to our house in order to remove the stucco from the house wall and replace the dry-rotted and termite damaged wood inside it. We wanted to update the yard to have a bit more usable space before the summer started. After reviewing several contactors we selected LMX builders. The project consisted for removing the existing concrete pad then installing new pavers. LMX also updated the irrigation system around the yard from a sprinkler system to a drip system to save water and fished it off with some gray/black Mexican river rock around the edges. We were fortunate with availability of materials and were able to get started quickly. The project took the estimated amount of time, just over a week. So we did not have to deal with the noise of construction and were not without our back yard for very long. LMX used quality pavers, substrate and rocks for the project so I expect things to look good and hold up for years to come. They took the appropriate time with each step and kept the area clean while working. Communication was great throughout the process. Project manages called and provided daily status that really helped ease the stress and worry that accompanies any project like this. read more

LMX completely redid my uncles backyard and it turned out amazing! It went from a bunch of weeds and dirt to a custom pool and outdoor barbecue and bar.
