He said that he would take care of it. That was back in April. After seeing a reoccurring charge on my credit card I attempted to call several times and could not get off hold with whistle express customer service. I cannot get them to stop billing my credit card, causing me to have to call every month and have to dispute the charge. Apparently my credit card company cannot disable the charge which to me seems preposterous. I got a credit every month from the credit card company, but I still have to call and dispute it.

I live in Tallahassee and drove to Thomasville to have the AC unit checked . After 2 hours waiting I was told the unit needed a EXP valve kit which would be an additional $250 . I agreed only to wait another 11/2 hours to be told that it needed the compressor replaced another $2185. I spoke with Gary and he said he would allow the total that I paid to go toward the $2185 . I then requested some type of refund but he said because it needed the part anyway he couldn't refund it . I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else . $466 dollars later and wasted 5 hrs of my time the car is the same as It was . Computer module shorted out at 12,000 miles and less than a year old and was stranded beside the road at about 1:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Called Flowers Nissan three times and never could get any help. Called Tenneson Nissan in Tifton Georgia and they immediately took care of the situation and had the car towed in. They offered a courteous car to drive while they had our car in the shop and we didn't even buy it there. In a little over 24 hours the car was repaired and ready for delivery!
