My husband had occasion a few years ago to retrieve belongings at J & B from a friend's vehicle who was killed in the accident. He said that the staff went out of their way to be sensitive to the nature of his being there and took care to make sure he had all he needed before he left. I can imagine they see a lot at a salvage yard so it is nice that they still remember that for the rest of us, dealing with a destroyed car and all that comes with it is thankfully not an every day occurrence.

I'm 2nd owner, we have done the repairs in-house at my company since 2006 and know the truck well. The truck began stalling intermittently; codes and a mechanic verified the high-pressure injection pump needed to be replaced - which was a job we couldn't complete due to the "flashing" or timing that would be required. On October 3, 2022 Robert @ Aulin tells me "he can do it but he's not sure it will fix it." He returns the truck to me on December 12, 2022 (DECEMBER!) and my staff begins telling me it's not running right. The truck had 4 diesel leaks, the pump was not flashed and so the truck's timing was totally off track. I return the truck in January for warranty repair. The short story - Robert tells me in APRIL "he can't fix it." He was right - after paying to have it towed to a 2nd mechanic repaired it, the truck runs like a champ again. Except for the new WIRING issue Aulin Automotive has now created which killed both batteries and continues to drain out new ones. The absolute WORST mechanic I have dealt with in nearly 50 years of servicing personal and business vehicles. Go any where but here!

The crew at Advance Driveline provided fast, quality service at a great price…read more I took my 2004 Avalanche to a national service fanchise because I had what I believed to be a rear bearing that was worn. They told me I needed to replace the entire differential for $2,700. The kicker is, they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. I decided to get a second opinion and took it up the street to Action Gator on Lee Rd. The service staff there were great and agreed that I seemed to have a bad axle bearing and possibly some noise coming from the pinion bearing. They weren't equipped to work on this so they referred me to Advance Driveline. After scheduling an appointment, I dropped my truck off hoping for the best. About an hour later, I received a call that I did have a worn axle bearing and the pinion bearing was showing some wear also. They replaced all of the bearings, seals, and ring gear, and I had my truck back that afternoon. Just under $800 out the door, way better than $2,700!!!

No gimmicks on pricing and they were very straight forward with all my expectations. They called as soon as they were finished with my equipment and advised the best times for pick up. I Appreciated the fact they take all credit cards like American Express as some companies do not so didn't have any problems with paying once I was there. I will use them again if needed.
