Load side was the second place I called for an estimate. Now I will ONLY call Load side for my electrical work. The first guy i called gave me an estimate over the phone that was twice the true on-site estimate that Andrew gave. They showed up on time, evaluated the job site and got right to work. And I know how helpful these review can be for consumers searching for fair pricing and good service. I have an unhealthy fear of electrical fires so I knew I had to not only get a professional but also one whose work I'd feel comfortable with enough to sleep at night knowing the job was done right. Andrew added recessed lighting in a bathroom and it's that perfect crisp but not harsh white light that was needed. We had Andrew from Load Side Electric out on 8/11 to take a look at several issues we were having in a house we just purchased. I was only able to give him vague descriptions of the problems, like flickering lights, but he investigated each issue and found several things that needed fixing. He took the time to explain and show me each thing he was doing, which I really appreciated. Very nice guy, pleasant to talk to, and he was able to address all my concerns for a good price. He even arrived a few minutes early, but only after calling first to make sure that was okay. And they promptly return phone calls, another plus. After having unpleasant experiences with several people and companies related to our recent move, I am more than happy to write a good review where a good review is due.
