I find it very unlikely that both registers truly had no paper. If you can't provide proof of purchase, maybe you should close the store instead of selling merchandise and refusing to refund. I have tried contacting the store multiple times with no response. Rally House, needs to put more focus on valuing their customers instead of focusing on email captures!

This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)
