So I guess it's my fault that the planks are separating and not because they weren't glued together properly. There were other areas that were easy to get to, that the installer re-glued, and those ares are fine, but they don't want to fix the worst area because it would be too much work to get to it. I highly recommend NOT using Lowes for flooring installs. Terrible work, and terrible customer service!!
