We called GE and they were useless but gave us a few local places to call for service. None of them could help us for weeks or wanted an obscene amount of money just to walk in. After some research we reached out 603 Appliance Service and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge. The cherry on top was the guy took the time to clean up under the fridge! If we ever need another repair they will be our first call!

He called, as he said, before getting here, and his prices were totally upfront (and on his website). He was just delightful to have here, and I found everything about his service to be beyond professional, and WAY more than reasonably priced. He wouldn't have even charged extra for coming on a holiday! My dryer, through no fault of his, was beyond repair, and he was entirely up front about that. There was not one moment where he tried to woo me into paying for a new motherboard or such nonsense. Truly, Anthony is one of the few genuine, wonderful, warm souls out there. I adored him and his service right from the get go. While I hope I don't have to call him again for a repair (!), he is the only person I would call from now on. Called stove barn which has changed hands to Caesar. Clearly explained that I had an OPEN LOG fireplace that had the pilot light go out. They scheduled a visit. Today- they came and said they would not service any open log set ups. Even though they are qualified on gas stoves- would not touch it. Even though I bought it from the company that existed previously. Why come in the first place ? Did not recommend anyone who could service it. It's been running fine for years.
