I could not believe when my husband told me later on that was what was going down. My exact words were oh hell no. I got on with the company we use explained what happened and they said hold on. One quote was exorbitant - taking advantage of the situation. But when I reach NYC Sewer and Drain Pro's, I got a really reasonable quote and promise that someone would be here within the hour. Indeed he was. Justin diagnosed the problem and snaked us out - both to the front and to the back - in a jiffy, and no change-up on the price. He did offer us a more expensive solution - hydro-jetting - which we declined for now, but we may go back to him for that. Shortly after he left, I received an invoice "paid" by email.
