Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

What I liked is that I received emails along the way, like at one point he was a little delayed at another location, so my appointment was adjusted, just by an hour or so. As soon as Manny was done there, I received an email that he was on his way, and he still made it within the original time slot. There was one problem area, which he was able to tackle. He worked fast and cleaned everything out. Another upside; Manny is very nice and personable. In addition, the pricing is very competitive compared to other big companies I had over in the building before. I will definitely have him back next year for another cleaning.
