Through the week we arranged the item I needed, I paid for it to be picked up at the Home Depot convenient for him. It was over 100lbs & I am truly grateful Anthony handled pickup & delivery. Come Thursday Anthony & his associate Miguel arrived to my home & brought the unit up my stoop + two flights of stairs, and swapped my old commode out for the new one within two hours! I was very surprised at the very lax/vague statement of work, the proposed price tag of $25,000 and the fact that when I wouldn't sign at 9:00 PM, the quote paperwork was taken away. I ended up with a master plumber who determined the cause and repaired the pipes for a fraction of the proposed amount.

I am highly recommending this business based on the experience with one professional. Left no mess and was very good at keeping things tidy. They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time. They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. It is a 15-year-old condo unit; this is the first time the waste pipe has been completely clogged. I tried baking soda and vinegar, but it didn't work. I also detached U-pipe and cleaned it but didn't work. So I needed professional service. How it worked: About 90 minutes after leaving the message, I received a phone call from Mario, the plumber. In another 45 minutes, he is at our doorstep with a drain snake. After the first cleaning, the situation remains. He explained that the issue might be happening too deep, in which case I needed to call a different service, but to make sure, he tried again. In the second attempt, it looked more difficult to send a snake head inside the pipe but I guess it is because the head is hitting the exact place the issue is happening. This time, it worked. After reconnecting the pipes carefully, he cleaned up professionally.

We had another plumber come in; after running the snake through the line a number of times and plunging for a long time, he was not able to resolve the issue. He said we may need to call another plumber or they may have to replace all of the kitchen lines. I looked for other plumbers and called Rite Plumbing because there were a number of very positive reviews. Ari came over to resolve the issue. In contrast to the other plumber, Ari identified and solved the issue very quickly, the pipe behind the dishwasher had to be accessed to correctly clear the line. There was a huge ball of grease in the pipe, that he cleaned out. Ari was very careful, patched the wall and went to extra effort to clean up the work area. Our sink has drained perfectly since and no back up into the dishwasher! Thank you! We will be calling Rite Plumbing if we have a plumbing issue in the future.
