Last time I was there I was charged over $50 for them to clean 2 linen dresses. These are basic, casual pieces with no embellishments. Just a typical shirt dress you'd wear to brunch. I gawked at the charge because it was way higher than I expected. When I asked about it, she said they recently increased their prices. So I asked if I could have an updated menu of services so I could refer to the new prices as needed. She just shrugged her shoulders and said they don't have anything they could provide to show me their prices. So I asked if someone could just type up a basic price list and email it to me so I can refer to it as needed. She acted like it was a personal insult that I requested this. She took down my email, but never sent me anything. I called the other branch and got the same weird behavior when I asked to see a price list. I checked Spring Cleaners and they have their prices posted online for most items. I called them to check exactly how much they would charge for a basic linen dress--no lining, no embellishments-- and they quoted $12! Canyon cleaners charges exactly double what Spring Cleaners charges. I guess they don't want to post their prices so they can price gouge people as they see fit? Here's your warning.

Dropped off 3 dresses to be altered in Temple. The lady met me there at the store and took measurements on a Wednesday. They shipped my 3 dresses to the Belton store on the next Thursday and contacted me via text. I picked up the dressed, brought them home and they all fit. The lady did a fabulous job on the alterations. The store even said that if they did not fit, I could bring them in the next day--I did not have to do this. I really want to thank the store and the employees for doing a great job on all my items. I will definitely use you again. The prices were great to for all what was done. Thanks again so much.

They charged both as lined and only one was. No detailing, embroidery, sequins etc. Just two simple, polyester sheath dresses. One dress cost almost the same price as it cost to be dry cleaned. The quality of cleaning was terrible. One still had deodorant marks and food stains. I forgot to mention these prices were with a discount! I called customer relations in Kerrville and no response. After I told others about what happened they had similar stories of outrageous overcharges and clothes ruined by Lemon Tree cleaners in Boerne and still making the customers pay for the dry cleaning of the damaged item. I wish I would have known. I would never have come here.

They told me it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I called them Monday May 13th to check on the dress. They told me they shipped my dress to another state and it will not be done till 1st week of June. Friday May 16 iv talk to them, they told me the dress was found in the back of the shop and it was never send out to be cleaned. My wedding dress was sitting in back of there shop for over a month. I am going to get it and take it somewhere else. Very disappointed in the way they treated a wedding dress. I strongly recommend not using them.
