Plus the overage and the 25+ tip came to 90 bucks I told them I didn't trust them with my laundry and wanted a refund for the second pickup Nope. It's ok for them to just pocket that extra cash. The perks of doing business and nothing i can do but caution you. Their pricing has changed they now charge you for sorting and separate loads even tho we separate the clothes $$$. Their help has changed they used to have the same delightful girl I tip 25+ to. Sadly, the new employee was not trustworthy, and did not make a good appearance. Don't even get me started about worrying about how filthy the place they washed my clothes was. So I'm looking for a decent service who can do my laundry without making me think I'm. I will admit that I have been satisfied with this dry cleaner for well over a decade until this week. I took pants in there to get laundered, I did not ask for a crease to be put into my pants yet it came back with one. I asked them to redo it without the crease. I came back again but the crease is still there and the owner, who said that the pants were made that way and there is nothing he can do. I told him I bought them without a crease- He still argued with me. When I asked him to reimburse me for a new pair he said no. I cannot believe how he can run a business like this and his customer is never right. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT do business with them knowing that if they destroy your clothing that it is not their fault and will not pay damages. I'm highly disappointed and will never speak highly of them again.

No one was there to address the concern, it was only a small amount but everyone don't have extra change to get shorted. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. I am blown away by this seamstress. Balli is very quick, kind and knowledgeable. Professional and personable. Although I am short, I haven't been to a seamstress before - but I had a long chiffon gown for a cocktail party I needed help with - she was able to get me in the next day and my dress was complete within just a few days. All three of my alterations (dress, swimsuit, pants) were completed in a week, somehow! She is awesome, I plan to come back for any of my alteration needs. Very kind human. Great to work with. I had such a wonderful experience! I originally went in thinking I needed alterations on my wedding dress, but she kindly took the time to look it over and realized it was just a latch I hadn't clipped properly--nothing actually needed fixing. She could have easily gone ahead with unnecessary work, but instead she was honest, helpful, and so incredibly sweet. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Bali did the best job with my lehenga blouse!!! When I ordered it, they had stitched the armpit area too small with odd gaps and the blouse was way too long. Bali was able to fix the armholes for a flattering fit and crop it to the perfect length, keeping the right dimensions around the waist. And she finished it within 48 hours and gave me great communication and pricing! I felt very comfortable giving her my clothes and will absolutely go back for any future tailoring needs. read more

I am extremely grateful for their services. With the covid pandemic I needed a mask because I am on 3 different medications that suppress my immune system. After contacting the owner, she had them, more than one ready for me in a couple of hours. The are nicely done and well made. I am grateful for finding her and her prompt service or help.
