I haven't been able to get a call back from the business and nothing has been done to correct the situation, even though they provide a guarantee. You can see the gaps in the frame of the door as well as the cuts that were made to the frame that don't even fit the lock properly. Don't make my mistake - I'm getting estimates to fix it now and its thousands.

The repairman called before arriving and was prompt. He provided us with a free estimate and once we agreed, he immediately repaired them on site. The quote was $240 per door which was well worth it due to the age of the doors and difficulty in removing the old, corroded parts (which we tried to do ourselves, but were unable to remove them without damaging the door frames). He came prepared with all the replacement parts needed as well as all the specialty tools needed to complete the repairs. He cleaned up after himself and was courteous and pleasant. He stayed focused on the job with no idle chit-chat. Professional service and technician. Good experience all around.

On top of that, we were calling around a few companies and they weren't able to accomodate us since we have a European car (which seems to be more difficult to program).
