People were telling me that the lines at the DMV were long even before they opened and because of the uniqueness of my situation, scheduling an appointment at the DMV to get my out-of-state car registered wasn't an option on the website. Thank god for Luna! I actually found them on the DMV website listed as a 'DMV partner' who could help with vehicle registration, so I decided to just go over (without an appointment) to see what would happen. There was no wait, the proper protections were in place (a clear screen completely separated us throughout our time together), Olga was wonderful, and I was able to finally register my car AND get new plates and tags on the spot. I walked away feeling like the cat that got the canary, thinking about all those poor souls who were wasting their time at the hectic, crowded DMV, waiting in long lines outside for hours only to get turned away, while I spent less than an hour in an air conditioned space and got everything I needed almost instantly. I got recommended by my mom at this place. However, I did not have a good experience. I paid them their fees upfront because I trusted them and they never completed their part. I ended up going to the DMV myself and was able to do the name change on my own. I even had to pay the DMV again because there was no record of them paying or attempting to do my paperwork. It sucks because my mom had a great experience with them so I don't know what happened with me.:(
