I really love Queta and her teams. They've been cleaning my home weekly for a year and prior to that bi-weekly. They're professional, thoughtful and kind. I appreciate the thorough attention to detail. I also appreciate the ease of schedule changes (via text) and online payments. They are very accommodating of our family's changing needs and seasons (new baby, husband works from home, illnesses, vacations, etc.). I highly recommend their services. They've become an essential part of making life easier for our busy family. I have given feedback or requested attention to specific areas and it has always been met with grace and positivity...but I have to say that in the almost 2 years, this has only happened once or twice! And one of them was because my home was getting extra traffic from large groups of guests and I needed extra floor care because of it. They are just so thorough and I really appreciate their attention to detail. All in all, I'm a picky mom that likes a clean home. Be aware while communicating!!!! When I called them for the quote I think it's the owner she said $30 an hour but she didn't mention how many worker will come and I was prepared according and she sent 2 employees the work was not excellent they took about 3 hour just for my kitchen where there were nothing to move it was all open cabinets cos I bought a new house and wanted to have it cleaned before moving . They took 5+ hour just for kitchen bathrooms and some windows and now the lady is telling me I have to pay $30 per hour per person which means 60$/ hour it was a total shock to me I have other companies quoted around $150-200 for entire home cleaning and I went with her because she clearly told on phone the they charge $30 / hour no matter how many hour she didn't mention it's per person so that was a lie to a customer so please make sure you communicate better before you hire these people read more

The Sunny Seattle Maids are perfect! Queta and her people are self starters and very professional. The ladies are enthusiastic about their jobs. Always on time and quick to get started! They are amazing! They work very hard and consistently clean everywhere and everything. I do not even get a chance to ask them about a place to clean because they have already done it, speedy... I take my dog, which they are so sweet to, for a walk while they are at my place. I do not want to get in their way. I am thrilled to have such wonderful ladies keeping my place clean and organized.
