the animals care are definitely a issue. dead animals in some cages, reptiles not having any of…read moretheir needs meet besides heat. owner does not care about the animals best interest, especially with some of the furry animals and fish. support a business that cares about their animals. reptiles that need uvb did not have that. no water. fish that are meant to be kept alone were not. fish were being advertised to be kept in a small glass bowl (prob about 16oz) some animals did not have food in cages aswell. bird cages were caked in feces. birds also did not have any enrichment, or perches or proper food for their species. the shop cat was very sweet tho and in good health. that's about the only positive.

I took my dog in for a routine spay and they botched the procedure. It was up to us to save our dog. We took her to VCA in Aurora where they operated on her at 9pm on a Friday night to repair the internal bleeding caused by the botched spay procedure.

Once I went and picked my two year old dog up she smelled like she was covered in feces and pee and all of her toys and bed were soaked in pee. After one day at home we found out that our dog contracted a bacterial infection after her five day stay here. Owner was rude when I called one time to see how my dog was doing during the week and very unprofessional. There are plenty of other places that will actually take care of your animal.
