He pointed out practical design considerations and code requirements that other contractors had missed. We went back and forth on the scope for over a year, and he was consistently patient, responsive, and generous with his time. He never rushed us and always made himself available to answer questions. We started construction in August 2025-- The construction crew had an excellent work ethic. They arrived early and worked hard - something even our neighbors commented on. They took pride in their work and paid close attention to details. The workmanship was just excellent. The work site was consistently clean and organized. They did a great job at handling unexpected situations and communicating that to me. Eddie took the time to explain everything thoroughly before moving forward. Even when we made scope changes, they were flexible and incorporated those changes without making it feel stressful or complicated. And probably the thing that impressed me the most was that they ran the whole project with integrity. They uncovered an improperly vented dryer which was a fire hazard and promptly brought it up to code. Other companies just quoted me at around $12k, but Ada provided a very competitive quote at almost half the cost. There were multiple stone supplier around the corner for me the pick the stone I like. The process was smooth. The team is also very professional. I wanted to add a waterfall to my current island layout and another company said it wasn't possible, but Ada's team made it happened beautifully! I had heard horror story that the Taj Mahal quartzite is so hard to cut, and it would break without proper technology. Fortunately that did not happen to me. Every piece was cut and polished nicely. This team knows what they are doing but did not put a crazy price tag in the work they do. I have to mention the customer service is great with this team. Ada is a reliable, honest and responsive guy to work with. There was an incident that we found our water line leaky after the installation, which could happened during removal of the original granite but nobody was sure. Ada just stood up and took the responsibility immediately. There was also miscommunication during the process but Ada was always there to resolve the problems and made the process worry free. This is the team that you want to work with because unexpected things and mistakes could happen in every project, but they will make it right for you. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.
