I'm a little late with this review. 21 years ago White Rabbit installed in a former bedroom a complete office set up including wall mounted shelves, desk with counter and huge file drawers for client work. It was great then and has stood the test of time. Fast forward to the modern era. One of the file cabinets was inhabited by a ghost and would randomly slide open. Never got the point of service. White Rabbit prefers to waste time with a phone call to spell stuff out and make errors instead of just booking through chat (to ensure you get Yelp Guaranteed). Or do email (so you have a paper trail). Any contractor that doesn't want to do business in writing is sketchy, and their refusal to flex on that makes them not recommended. Once again though - if you like talking on the phone, maybe they're good. Make sure you're fully satisfied with what you get, because without stuff in writing, you'll find it difficult to make a case should you need to sue them. read more

The garage floor job they did was amazing. Side curbs and raised deck areas can also be treated if required. They remove the top skin of concrete floor to get a fresh base, and then make repairs and fill cracks as needed. They apply a base coat to seal the entire floor, which cures quickly, and finish with a colored flake of vinyl if desired. Most 2 car garage floors can easily be finished in one day. If you go for the complete resurfacing, the end result is a colorful flake finnish that is easy to maintain and also non-slip. The fresh job will take time to cure, during which you are able to use the floor in various stages, and can park vehicles inside after after a few days. The crew is very knowledgeable. They will provide care information so your finished result will be optimized. 2018 is the year of getting through my home improvement to do list. First up was removing our impractical Garagetek flooring & refinishing with a more practical solution. I called to set up a consultation & Kelly was very helpful & upfront about explaining the process & estimated cost. I appreciated her honesty. We ended up choosing a polyurea floor coating & some additional bike storage. There are several color options to choose from and we went with a neutral color to blend in with our exterior. The installers came out & removed our old flooring and let the concrete underneath dry out. It was an extra trip but in the end they wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the finished product. 5 stars for installation! John and Anthony were professional and informative from start to finish. Anthony called to let me know when they were 20 minutes away from arrival. The arrival time was within the promised half hour window given to me by WR prior to the day of installation. Upon arrival, John was super informative about the process and how the day would proceed. He gave me more information than the sales rep..John - you can do it ALL! John and Anthony worked tirelessly throughout the day to make it an amazing experience. We spoke a few times throughout the day as I chose to stay home for the install. Both gentlemen were kind and accommodating. They wanted to ensure I was happy with the process. I would definitely recommend WR. It was actually the second highest of the six bids we received, but we chose them based on a neighbor's positive experience. They did an install five years ago and their floor still looks like brand new. The only bumps were with the sales rep who wasn't super communicative. I initiated the phone calls to WR to see when I would get a confirmation time and to see how to finalize my color choice. Just get past that hiccup (or have John do double duty as a sales rep - no joke, he knows his stuff and is so personable!) and it's smooth sailing for install! read more

Who would think anyone could get jazzed about how their garage looks? Well, I am totally jazzed. Who would think that it could be done so quickly? Well, it was done quickly. Who would think that anyone else could set me up to organize leaf blowers, Christmas lights, Halloween pumpkins, easily with room to spare for our cars? Well, White Rabbit did it in spades. I wanted a garage that was part storage, part decent cabinets, part counter area, and part hanging-on-the-wall stuff and I got exactly that. In terms of added storage; fabulous. I tried them after being inundated with coupon savers and cold calling. And, although that can certainly be a nuisance I made the call. In one visit, the salesman explains options, offers suggestions, measures, works the deal, and sets the appointment. Simple, easy, effective. Note: They still get 5 stars from me because of how great it turned out: it was well worth the money. But, be warned: their sales pitch opens with a sch-peel about how great their products are and what others think about them. I told this salesman that, if I were to move, I would use them again but ONLY if they spared me the canned speech. Other than that, a winner! read more
