The container itself is extremely clean, secure, and built to handle the Oregon weather without any issues. Everything I've stored inside has stayed dry and well protected, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What really stands out is how easy and convenient the whole process has been. Access is simple, the container is sturdy and well maintained, and it's been a perfect solution for extra storage. The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. Hats off to you guys!

She gave me a walking tour, making sure the unit was the right size and location. I forgot my lock, so she wouldn't let me put my things inside until I came back with it. That insured that it wouldn't be exposed, and should they have a key to my unit (with their lock) they might be liable. I liked that she cared about my things and her company. And, she prorated my monthly fee. A very good experience all around.

Reported to office staff. "Leave a key. It will be fixed in one to two weeks." Visit July 9, 2026: No light. Went to office. Staff says workman fixed it. NO, it DOESN'T WORK! How about a new locker? First locker shown, NO LIGHT! Second locker has a light. Staff hands me the keys and asks if i can fill out paperwork today. Sure! AND MOVE TODAY. No, I am disabled, I can not do it. Staff: You don't want to rake up charges on a SECOND locker, so you need to move quickly. I SHOULDN'T have to pay for a SECOND locker, since the problem is YOURS. And, I need to find help to move. It may take me a while. Staff: Give me back the keys. Let me know when you can move. When I moved in, they thought it needed a new lightbulb. The office staff DON'T have any? Hand me a buld and I'LL do it MYSELF. IF they had TRIED to replace the bulb to start with (how about BEFORE RENTING IT), they would have known it was a LIGHT BULB SOCKET/WIRING problem. Since they couldn't get in my locker without my key, how were they going to fix it AFTER they rented it? I AM moving...to a DIFFERENT storage company!

Theft of RV components is on the rise per local police dept. Storage facilities should take an interest in protecting their customers assets. But this one definitely does NOT and has a "not our problem" attitude. This is not a one star review only because yes, they do have parking spots to store an RV in South Salem. So a star for that. If you're flexible about location, look elsewhere and ask questions about security measures. Edited 5/16: There is a tall security fence with imposing looking barbed wire and a sign that says Security Camera in Use on the front gate. But in the back, the cyclone fence is 5' tall, no barbed wire. And the only security camera is in the front by the gate. Thieves totally use the front gate, right?

I like preface my reviews with, "I am not a foodie", but this is about storage, RV storage…read morespecifically so, food ain't a thing. That being said, what I am is a customer service snob. But storage is like plumbing, you don't think about it until you need it, and it's not a problem unless it is. And this place is a problem. Seems they don't believe RV older than 2007 should exist and only store them. Why? According to the person on the phone "image". "We don't want people to put spaces on auto pay while their older RV rots" Kinds bigoted, but since ageism against RV isn't illegal, perfectly acceptable. Except it's not. My RV is in perfect working order, it's just fine, clean, and way too good for this place. So is yours. With so many other places to choose from in the Salem area, you're better off. Oh and they aren't even that cheap!
