*IF I COULD ZERO STARS* I bought a new car key for my 2013 car back on September 27th, 2023. I have four buttons lock, unlock, remote start, and panic button. My first product contained unlock, lock, remote start, and back hatch button, and panic. This key did not work with the follow commands, remote start or panic button. I had contact him September 30th, 2023 because my key would not follow those commands. We met back up on October 3, 2023, he made me another key and I am having the same issue. He told me he did have a key with the GM sign. Which I don't have a problem with because I have had many people with after market keys or after market remote start that works just fine. He told me that it's could be my cars problem. So I went home and tested it with my original key, and it was not my card problem. It remote started with no problem. The moral of the story is do not go to this key, he does not stand behind his product and was extremely rude with my mother who tried to help me resolve it. He offered to order a gem key but he then proceeded to say he would charge me another 154$ on top of what I already paid.I will never recommend this company to anyone and he's lost my business and the other people I have told about him. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY AT ALL VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I am disappointed with my experience and frustrated that the key I purchased does not work properly. It is unacceptable that the seller did not take responsibility for the faulty product and instead blamed it on my car. I expected better customer service and support from this company. The fact that he was rude to my mother only further solidifies my decision never to return. After buying a new house we messaged the lock doctor on yelp regarding rekeying our locks. His prices and reviews were good so we set up an appointment. He was on time, super friendly and fast! The dead bolt on the front door was difficult to unlock. I mentioned this to him and that I thought it would need to be replaced. He said it was likely he could fix it and save us the money of replacing. He did manage to fix it and has won all my future business because of his honest business practices!! We did not have a key for the keypad lock and he was able to make us new keys for that and key all the other locks to be all the same key! This man is a magician in my book!
