Called and made an appointment to have a deadbolt hole drilled into the door. Day / time came and he never showed up, so I called to see if he was still coming and he Said Mam, if I had of remembered I would have been there. Sorry about that, I'll head that way now. When he finally arrived and started working on door he seemed to be having a difficult time. He brought in A mini high speed saw to use on door and sparks started flying all over my new carpet and freshly painted walls. After he finally got it drilled and the lock installed he told me the lock sticks a little but still works. After i made payment and he was walking out the door I inspected the door closer and tried the lock myself. The deadbolt Lock barley turns and doesn't securely locks due to the door being butchered and the holes not lining up. The door is bent, not secure, looks hideous and is permanently ruined. My husband was furious when he got home and called him the next day but no answer and no returned calls. Wish I would have seen the other negative yelp reviews before using him. read more

I just had this company here to bore a deadbolt hole in my French doors and that did get done. However the lack of professionalism and attention to detail is appalling. It was the owner of the company who came out and did the work and the door is scratched up so badly I will have to have it repainted. He was dropping parts on our hardwood floor's being careless about putting things on a granite countertops and at one point we brought it to his attention that he scratched our door. I walked away from him working and when he told me he was finished I came back and requested that we get a discount for him scratching our door and his response was oh you think that's bad you should see all the scratches on the outside of the door they weren't there when I started well that's a blatant lie because there were no scratches around the door when he started and the only place on the whole door that there are scratches is in the exact area where he installed the deadbolt so I feel that not only was he unprofessional but lacks integrity because he was not honest.
