Won't bother going here again.... will not program customer provided keys. They can but they won't. So they want you to pay more that double for the same key you can get online. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Roy last week when I was so stressed from moving and needed to replace the keys in a rental van. He Was courteous, professional, efficient and clearly an expert in his trade. I had so much anxiety about what the cost would be a that it took me 2 days to even inquire. I was glad my insurance chose this company, roy was assigned to the area I was in (hayden) and that I remembered to take a card. my aunt was told the doorknobs in her house needed to be replaced after her husband died and was the last one with a key. I called country lock and key and asked to have Roy come out and he was at her house within a day, same customer service! It was much more affordable than either of us thought it would be. our entire family can rest assured knowing my aunt is safe. A++++ company!! read more

Lost the only key for my car. Called and got a quote for $230. I decided to try the dealer, you know the one that is always more expensive, $85 out the door. That's almost 3x more...that's just dishonest and frankly rude. Look elsewhere for service, it does not matter how nice they might be for that kind of gouging I will never go here for help again. read more

I called this company and it took over an hour for her to show up, which wasn't the worst part. After arriving she fumbled around for over an hour trying to open my car door and clearly did not have a clue as to what she was doing. When you call a locksmith you are expecting a professional, this woman was clearly not a professional. My friend ended up getting into my vehicle while she stood off to the side. I was charged $95.00 for this and when I requested my money to be refunded the women lied and said my friend assisted her to get into my vehicle when in reality she was just standing there watching. I don't mind paying for professional services but this was not a professional service. read more

I took a key in today to have a copy made....went all the way home, the copy didn't work....all the way back down....she worked on the key more....I went all the way home...the copy still didn't work. I went back and told them and said I would just like my two bucks refunded...the employee handed me the money and said a very Unheartfelt....have a nice day. Neither employee made eye contact through this whole fiasco, they didn't apologize...they showed absolutely no personality or caring about their inability to get a small job done properly. I highly recommend Shull's Lock and Key on Government Way in Coeur d'Alene. The owner of that company helped me with a smile on his face and wouldn't even let me pay until I took the key home to make sure it worked....it does. Thanks Shull's! read more

I locked my keys in my rental car. This guy showed up in Hayden after hours (Saturday mid-day), within 15 minutes of being called. He opened my rental car (2013 Dodge Caravan) in less than 5 minutes with no damage. He was personable and professional. Glad I called them. I would highly recommend this business. read more
