About 18 months ago, while my house was under renovation, I purchased a large gun safe with several custom options. Mr. Portie was exceedingly knowledgeable and helped make a selection that would best serve my needs. Excessive delays in construction pushed back delivery and installation until yesterday when they arrived precisely on time and ready for the considerable job of getting that beast into a New Orleans shotgun house. Jim, Lee, and Scott were consummate professionals. Their careful precision, clever techniques, excellent communication and methodical pace imbued nothing but confidence that this complex effort would yield successful results. I was not disappointed. The safe was installed in a space custom-built to accommodate it, with considerable effort and with tremendous success. Kudos to the team in a job very well done. Terrible company, I brought in my key for my van with some blanks gotten from another legitimate locksmith, who did not unfortunately have the precoder machine required to code the chips in the key. Fine they say, it costs 65 for the first key, 35 for presiding for the second plus 50 each for the cutting. Fine I say, as the clerk starts the cutting she hands me some sort of waiver form saying because I provided the blanks they can't be responsible for them if they don't work. Fair enough I thinks but then she tells me as she is doing the work that if I used her blanks it was the same $115 and they guaranteed it--but she has already started them. Then the problems start. Clearly the tech didn't know how to program them properly. One key was properly programmed but one key did not---but the kicker is that they somehow changed the pre-code on my original key and it no longer works at all, despite the tech saying that wasn't possible as they were only in an "add key" mode on their device. I get upset because clearly they no longer want to make me a key that works, the owner starts to get in my face and physically intimidate me and they took my money. Complete thieves. I started writing this before I pulled out the parking lot! I'm so impressed with the service I've been putting off getting a new key and was stressing about the cost since the dealer told me I wouldn't get my car back for days and test had to be ran before they would just sell me a new key and the price was just adding up $500+ I felt they had to have another option so I'm my search I found this place so I woke up early got there a few minutes early and they unlocked the door and was so kind and sweet got straight to work I was in and out in 15 minutes and a lot more $ in my packets! I will be back anytime I need a key and will be back for a backup set soon!!!! read more

Called them on 7/29/2020 with my needs. I text pictures of my lock to the receptionist's cell phone number, so that they would see what was needed. As of this date 8/6/2020, I have received no return call or appointment. They DO NOT need your business! read more

Looking to update my last review after THEY had to cut the so it would work to unlock lock..and me needing that key THEY WASTED..figure I spent over 50$ for a lock that don't work for WHAT I bought it for..NO RETURN POLICY¿ showed them? He says you put it on WRONG¿ but he had to cut a key bout an inch to go past the blocked area HE DID..BUT I PUT IT WRONG..and I was so mad. I should had just demanded that key..but IF I was a HIM being me. I would had apologize made issue CORRECT. I would ate the lock FOR MY CUSTOMER Knowing he comes in some often..well buddy WONT SEE ME AND everyone I can make it clear NEVER BY LOCKS from this vendor NO RETURN POLICY..the silliness of this is silly¿ read more

This shop was recommended to me by a mechanic in n town. The shop got us in right away, fixed more than we thought they would be able to on our car window electrical stuff and had it done in a day. Owner and staff were super nice. I will always recommend this place. read more
