Excessive delays in construction pushed back delivery and installation until yesterday when they arrived precisely on time and ready for the considerable job of getting that beast into a New Orleans shotgun house. Jim, Lee, and Scott were consummate professionals. Their careful precision, clever techniques, excellent communication and methodical pace imbued nothing but confidence that this complex effort would yield successful results. I was not disappointed. The safe was installed in a space custom-built to accommodate it, with considerable effort and with tremendous success. Kudos to the team in a job very well done. Terrible company, I brought in my key for my van with some blanks gotten from another legitimate…read morelocksmith, who did not unfortunately have the precoder machine required to code the chips in the key. Fine they say, it costs 65 for the first key, 35 for presiding for the second plus 50 each for the cutting. Fine I say, as the clerk starts the cutting she hands me some sort of waiver form saying because I provided the blanks they can't be responsible for them if they don't work. Fair enough I thinks but then she tells me as she is doing the work that if I used her blanks it was the same $115 and they guaranteed it--but she has already started them. Then the problems start. Clearly the tech didn't know how to program them properly. One key was properly programmed but one key did not---but the kicker is that they somehow changed the pre-code on my original key and it no longer works at all, despite the tech saying that wasn't possible as they were only in an "add key" mode on their device. I get upset because clearly they no longer want to make me a key that works, the owner starts to get in my face and physically intimidate me and they took my money. Complete thieves. Net result, one blank worked, one blank didn't

The service technician came as scheduled and arrived on time but noticed a part was missing from the box that I had purchased from Lowe's. I went ahead and paid the fee plus the service charge with a verbal understanding from Paula l, the owner, that they would return to the home once I brought a new box from Lowe's. Bought the new box the next day and have been getting the run around with someone coming back out to fix the final piece of my request. I feel as though since she collected my service fee via phone payment for the initial visit she doesn't want to honor coming back out. Because the second visit the service charge would be waived and I would only need to pay for the labor which I was okay with. She stopped returning my phone calls and answering her text messages. I would have really appreciated her being honest and communicating a bit better. Integrity and honesty as a business owner goes along way. At this point, her company can't fix anything for me and I'll be sure to share my feedback about this business in hopes that that others will take heed as well.
