As E looked around a little more I noticed a couple of people working at a table in the back, I made my way over to make conversation and the gentleman kindly stopped what he was doing and entered into a conversation with me, I must have asked a dozen questions about the shop and the pastries and he again kindly and patiently entertained every question I had and chatted with myself and E for a few minutes, soon we realized this gentleman's name was Bill and he was one of the owners.
