The next thing I noticed was the cool retro look and feel of the shop, again the colors and the decor had a classic old school feel to it, there was a light sound of music playing, not too loud, just enough. The lady working behind the counter was very accommodating, answering all of our questions and willing to take her time with us. As E looked around a little more I noticed a couple of people working at a table in the back, I made my way over to make conversation and the gentleman kindly stopped what he was doing and entered into a conversation with me, I must have asked a dozen questions about the shop and the pastries and he again kindly and patiently entertained every question I had and chatted with myself and E for a few minutes, soon we realized this gentleman's name was Bill and he was one of the owners. After our conversation with Bill E and I finally made a few decisions, we ordered several donuts and a gingerbread latte, McHappy's definitely has some of the best pastries and donuts around, my gingerbread latte was perfect, the service was 5 star and the bakery was clean, decorated wonderfully and just a pleasure to visit!
