Crummy attitude and bad service on two occasions so I'll not go back. Most recently…read more.. Had 2 keys cut, 2 copies of motorcycle keys. I wanted more copies but they had only two of this key blank. Okay with me. One of the new keys worked. The other would not go into the lock (neither ignition nor keyed gas cap). Took bad key back to store with my receipt expecting a refund unless they had recently gotten more of those blanks. He said all he could do was try to clean up the bad key. I was not optimistic and I said I did not want to have to make another trip down to store so was thinking refund since I had my receipt. His response was, "This is not Amazon" and continued cleaning up the key. I pondered that for a few seconds, then said his Amazon comment was a crappy response to my refund request as most businesses give refunds for faulty products when customer has a receipt. (my point being that I did not view my request as outrageous or asking a huge favor). He said they do not guarantee their work unless i bring the lock in so they can test it themselves. (although I did not like that answer, that would have been a better first response than the Amazon comment.) So I have to go bring my motorcycle down? If this was a house key , I have to take the lock off my door and take it in? My encounter a couple years ago with them was similar but I'll not go into that here. I need to find another key place.
