But what really pissed me off was when I moved still in CT mind you and approximately 20 mins from Southington so I call them to set up an appointment and was told just to come to my house would be $150 and with just some basic lock changes and re keying would be over $1000. I'm sorry to say you've lost my business for being greedy. I bought the locks I wanted got them keyed alike and hired a handyman to put them in for a fraction of what Southington Security was charging.

This was the only location that was able to assist in the kind of key I was looking to be made. Took me almost a year to finally bring the broken key down and both the receptionist and Russ both remembered me.
