The two women at the front desk seemed visibly unhappy to assist us, as though our presence was an inconvenience. There was an older staff member who refused to answer even basic questions until our waiver was completed, which immediately set a negative tone. After finishing the waiver, we approached the counter to purchase socks while waiting for our friends to complete the pass purchase for the kids. We were told we could not be helped unless we were also buying jump passes, which was both confusing and frustrating. Things only got worse from there. Wristbands were placed on the children incorrectly, and instead of resolving it smoothly, we were told to go back and wait in line again for replacements. When it came to the required socks, we were told they were sized based on shoe size, yet we were given identical sizes for all the kids. When we returned them because they didn't fit, the staff member threw them in the trash in front of us and handed us a larger size without any apology or attempt to address the issue professionally. Throughout the entire experience, the staff appeared irritated and disengaged, which made the visit uncomfortable and disappointing. Unfortunately, this level of service overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable outing. I do not recommend this location.

Every time I've trusted the managers because I know that things can happen and I've been very patient. For some reason they make it hard to contact corporate although they keep saying that they will release the 1800 number. I just literally want one account and not 6. This should have been a super easy fix. I was told that my card won't continue to get charged but that was a lie so here i am literally standing in a line because no one seem to know the 1800 number for corporate in the whole building which I find to be very strange.

We paid for the Ultimate tickets today which was more than enough. The Warrior Course ninja zone ball pit area was a family favorite. They would have been happy with just that attraction for a few hours. LOTS of different trampoline areas and the kids also enjoyed the climbing wall area (Climbing Wall, Leap of Faith). Urban Air also scores with reasonable priced food. Just $15.95 for a single topping pizza. Very affordable to feed the kids while we're here! NOTE: We got here at 11:00 and had no problem with the crowds until the 1:00 check in window. It really got busy then! Still manageable for our two elementary kids, but could be problematic for younger kids. Morning arrival is key. We will aim for 10:00 opening next time.
