If you don't like children, don't work in a place that caters to kids. The fact that the employees are teenagers, and there were no adults on the premises, is a large part of the issue. The facility is dingy. The foam pits are disgusting. The rock-climbing wall is no longer able to be climbed because all the pegs are out. They canceled all 5kids. When I ask them to undo their mistake for the other two kids, I'm told once they're cancelled they can't undo it. So two kids lose out on a whole month for their mistake and it took them 2 weeks of back on forth for them to say that. No I'm sorry for confusion or how can we make this right.
