A solid place to free your imagination. Fairly clean, and staff friendliness and competence varies. It's a somewhat difficult location to find, but it will be just behind the planet fitness. I've never had the concessions so I can't offer feedback on that specifically. Onto what to do, they upgraded the place big time back in 2019 with a lot of new stuff, which was pretty cool. They've also unfortunately to my knowledge replaced the dodgeball's with watered down hot dog water small dodgeballs. This could be do to the day I went on or something could have been going on, but if you like the big red dodgeballs you'd might be disappointed next time you hit up SkyZone. We went for a glow birthday party. The girl working the front desk barely looked up from her phone to vaguely point in a general direction to let us know where to check in. After going to the party rooms and asking if either was our party and being told no, we went back to the front desk to get an attitude from said girl. The two young ladies who ended up checking us in were the only two employees who were actually nice. The concession stand closed at 8:30 on a Saturday night; the bathrooms had piss all over the floor; they turned on the lights at 9:45 when our party was supposed to be until 10; the girl who told our kids it was time to go was rude to them and us; the pizza for the party came out one at a time and was 20 minutes late. If you don't like children, don't work in a place that caters to kids. The fact that the employees are teenagers, and there were no adults on the premises, is a large part of the issue. The facility is dingy. The foam pits are disgusting. The rock-climbing wall is no longer able to be climbed because all the pegs are out. Update the facility, and train your staff on how to behave in the presence of guests. I don't believe we will be making a return trip. read more

I'm very disappointed with the level of customer service we experienced during our visit. This was our first visit since moving to Indiana, and we were invited by a family friend--we were honestly shocked by how unwelcoming the environment felt from the moment we arrived. The two women at the front desk seemed visibly unhappy to assist us, as though our presence was an inconvenience. There was an older staff member who refused to answer even basic questions until our waiver was completed, which immediately set a negative tone. After finishing the waiver, we approached the counter to purchase socks while waiting for our friends to complete the pass purchase for the kids. We were told we could not be helped unless we were also buying jump passes, which was both confusing and frustrating. Things only got worse from there. Wristbands were placed on the children incorrectly, and instead of resolving it smoothly, we were told to go back and wait in line again for replacements. When it came to the required socks, we were told they were sized based on shoe size, yet we were given identical sizes for all the kids. When we returned them because they didn't fit, the staff member threw them in the trash in front of us and handed us a larger size without any apology or attempt to address the issue professionally. Throughout the entire experience, the staff appeared irritated and disengaged, which made the visit uncomfortable and disappointing. Most unsafe place ever for young girls. My 3rd grade daughter went for a party yesterday. Came back early only to find out she and a couple friends had been targeted and physically and verbally assaulted by teenage boys, while the 4 employees watched on and their father encouraged the behavior. Despite my daughters friend almost blacking out and receiving an icepack for her face, NOTHING WAS DONE. The four young attendants absolutely did not care, said nothing, and were trying not to laugh when I approached them. I went to see a manager, and all that was offered was an explanation that these types of situations escalate 5-6 times a WEEK! You are very aware you have an ongoing problem and NO ONE does anything about it??? Im told That the young attendants are told to do their job, but it falls on deaf ears. That the boys who come here "just act like that". why are the the employees allowed to get away with not protecting children, their ONE job? why are the assailants and their families not removed and banned from the property? the only resolution was to give me free passes to come back and have my daughter be attacked again???? shes absolutely traumatized from her experience here. the lesson she learned was that boys are allowed hurt her because they are boys and the people that are supposed to keep her safe will do NOTHING to protect her. a group of us have been checking our daughters all night for signs of concussion, as they both are still in pain and dont feel well.... do not bring your child here and support this negligent business run by children if you care about your kids at all.. the employees definitely dont. read more

This place has real potential to be fun. There's a rock wall, gladiator station, dodgeball area, obstacle course, bounce areas. Everything is clean and in good working order as far as the play areas are concerned. There are two areas, however, that need improvement. 1) Please replace your computers where we fill out a waiver. They appear very old and constantly lag and freeze, and it eats into the time I'm trying to allow my kid to play. Better yet, make the waiver available online. Many other trampoline parks offer this. 2) the last several times I have been here, the Rockwall is an absolute free for all. The teenagers who are supposed to be supervising are not having the children who have already climbed get out of the foam cube pit, and the same people keep going up the wall so others do not get a turn. Someone is going to get hurt because there were at least 6 children under 5 in the cube pit, in the way of the jumpers off the rock wall. I paid for a Prime party package for my daughter's birthday party & she had a great time as well as her guests. SkyZone wasn't crowded, the workers hosted games at the jump sections as well as my daughter & guests being able to also play on their own. The host for her party room was amazing & attentive & made sure we had everything we needed. The price I paid for the party was great as well as me checking in at the front desk with the person who helped me with waivers if any of my guests needed to do any when they came in, she was very respectful & helpful. They had socks for all the kids who was jumping & I was allowed to bring cake & ice cream. I left the host a tip & they were very nice of helping the kids remembering to get all their play time in before it ran out. We had pairs from altitude in Skokie (so much better) and they tried to tell us that we were going to "get in trouble" for not having their brand socks. Sticky socks are sticky socks, and from what I understand they don't make a lot of money on them so--move on We won't be back. There are better places to go. Jumping areas are ok. Sky Zone was my very first (and hopefully not last) trampoline park experience! I can't remember that last time I went jumping on a trampoline really. But this was a fantastic way to spend New Year's Day! Pretty easy to find, it kind of looks like a random warehouse on the outside. But soon as you open that door, it's a whole different world. I went with my cousins (7 and 12 yrs) and they started running around soon as we signed away our lives (waivers) and received our special socks (which you get to keep!). There's a lot to do here and I'm pretty sure I didn't hit up everything in the hour and a half we were there. The freestyle area is definitely popular and kind of the most fun. You just jump around either on your own trampoline or jump from spot to spot. They even have trampolines on the side to backflip off of if you're that advanced. I saw a lot of gymnasts and adventurous kids living it up in there. But don't be intimidated! Jumpers of all kinds, from babies to parents, were all bouncing without a care. There's also a foam pit, which was the hardest thing to get out of. You jump off one trampoline and land in blocks of foam. The trick is to move just enough so you don't sink but actually can lift yourself out haha. There's a wall to try to run up, an obstacle course, another foam pit thing but you're fighting others to push them off stands into the foam, a rock climbing wall, basketball court, dodgeball area ... I'm tired just thinking about it all! Oh, and there's a tiny food court to refuel yourself. I cannot wait to go back soon as I find the energy! read more

Went there and had to politely ask at least 4 different teens to stop double jumping on the one trampoline my 5 year old was on. Workers did nothing. But then I had the pleasure of a grown man who works there to scream at me "EH! STAND UP! EH YOU. STAND. UP!" Because I was sitting on a pad watching my 5 year old. We were completely alone at the time, and I actually didn't even realize at first he was yelling at me because I was quietly watching my kid, and the yelling sounded like someone who was mad. I'm not advocating for violating rules (and I didn't even realize this was one). But 1) you could have done a much better communication job there - I know it's loud and I was far. But a "Hey ma'am." Or "Excuse me, miss. Could you stand, please? It's a rule not to sit for safety" or something would be better. Nevermind, that he was addressing me because the teen stationed there wasn't there. Or better yet, if you notice I don't hear you, walk towards me. I seriously was yelled at with a tone that would suggest I'm an asshole. Which is really bothersome because 2) I watched teen workers bounce balls off walls and say nothing as two kids plowed past my kid. Kids who climbed to the top netting, kids doing crazy flips and slamming into others. What killed me is the man then spoke to another worker who clearly started watching us intently and proceeded to yell at kid next to me when we were alone and he took a 30 second break to catch his breathe, to stand up. Yep. I think she thought he was my kid. And yet, when two grown kids came shortly after, with 20 open trampolines, kept double jumping my kid, nothing was done. When I asked the boy kindly to not jump on her tramp, he got in my face refusing, to the point where I had to yell to the worker to get him away from us. She didn't move, and he left. Nothing was said to me. In a place where I'd say 99% of the parents select to NOT pay to go in with their kids, opting to sit outside on benches, that means the management is left to apathetic teens and misguided adults. We come back past and it's kids and parents of European origin doing the same exact thing and he stood there and watched them do the same exact thing and did absolutely nothing I contacted the manager immediately and was told they would have a talk I will be reporting this and I definitely won't be returning I don't think we are welcomed at this location read more

Was there Sunday 3/27/22. I have lived in Dyer In for 6 years. This place has gone down and its not all on the establishment. It smells like a high school locker room. The staff has no control. They stand back and watch and I understand that you are not trying too get confrontational for minimum wage. The part thats not on the establishment is my people. I'm black and we as a people need to get control of our kids. Kids jumping in front of other kids running around wild with no supervision. The last couple times I took my son I personally had too keep order at the basketball hoop area. Parents sit back watching their kids jumping in front of smaller kids. Its a shame me and my wife had to keep order. At the foam pit its the same thing 3 and four kids on same trampoline jumping in front of smaller kids. While staff stands by and does nothing. This place need stronger police presence. That was my last time giving this place my money and doing the staff job. Its sad to say but my own people mess everything up. The staff does not do anything to keep fairness and line cutting. One of the teenagers there jumped in the blocks immediately after my son and landing damn near on top of him. They don't stop other kids from getting on the trampolines meant for only one person while they're trying to play basketball and they do not care if an older kid throws a dodge ball as hard as they can at a younger child. I'm not asking for complete intervention. Just a whistle blow would have been sufficient to say "hey stop" but they just let everyone run rampant around there. This place is so fun!! I bought a Groupon for $17. My fiancé and I were able to jump for an hour. SkyZone socks are $2 extra. I love the basketball zone, volleyball zone, dodgeball, free jump and foam zone. It's a very great workout and you will be tired afterwards lol. I recommend it. I took my 2 grands here for a treat. My 7 year old is autistic, and his 3 yo brother. This is NOT a place for little children or kids with special needs. When we first arrived, things were fine. Playing in the sponges of the climbing wall, climbing, etc. We went over to the trampoline's where my daughter was with her 3 year old, and was reprimanded for being on with him. She is about 100 pounds and the baby is a baby. Next to her was a very large older boy, at least 200lbs. My autistic grandson was reprimanded at every station. He was doing nothing wrong. He was being ordered to climb on the rock wall and get through the sponges quickly but had to get through the sponges to do that! He doesn't respond well to being yelled at so he put his fingers in his ears and screamed. Then there were the VERY LARGE adults playing in the sponge pit next to the rock wall. My 3 year old was nearly crushed by an adult man jumping in. WE WILL NOT BE BACK....If you have littles, come at your own risk! Waste of $125 dollars! Workers are rude and all behave like robots. No place or way to review or talk to someone on the website. They do state they have a "sensory" time, but no calendar or anyone to talk to about it. All thumbs down. Way down. read more

I had never been to this type of place, but saw they have Toddler time on Saturday's. My 3 yo has tons of energy so thought he would love this. He did! It was really nice because there weren't a lot of big kids to worry about running him over. It wasn't crowded and he could go between areas easily when he changed what he wanted to do. The one we have in Knoxville has multiple different play areas for kids of all ages, this place has 2 plain flat trampoline areas, one is dodgeball where...you guessed it, the big kids like to nail the little ones as hard as possible. One obstacle course thing that is teen/adult sized and one spot where kids could do aerial tricks...neither was appropriate for a 3 & 5 year old. While they had a ton of fun at the one near us, the one in Schererville was a complete waste of money. read more

This location is poorly staffed with employees that are supposed to monitor the jumping zones, but would rather just keep looking at their phones and allowing total chaos. Dodge ball, for example was nothing but a bunch of little kids free jumping while others are trying to play correctly. The parents are allowing this to happen, but you can believe they'd be upset if one of their kids were hurt. Complained to management, but they did nothing. Unfortunately it appears that nobody cares about what may happen. This location used to be managed better with employees actually actively monitoring and controlling the jumping area. Hands in pockets staring off into space is not monitoring. It may be some time before I return to this location. Hopefully one day they will wake up. read more
