Your gaurented to get 2nd place!!!
    Anthony R.

Overall this place is amazing. It's not very clean, but why are you coming to skyzone? To be clean, of course not. When we tried to get our wristbands my friend's waiver was expired but one of the workers gave him a free wristband! It's very fun to come with friends and most of the staff is chill. A little overpriced, but you could manage. BUT THE GAMES ARE RIGGED!!!

This place has real potential to be fun. There's a rock wall, gladiator station, dodgeball area, obstacle course, bounce areas. Everything is clean and in good working order as far as the play areas are concerned. There are two areas, however, that need improvement. 1) Please replace your computers where we fill out a waiver. They appear very old and constantly lag and freeze, and it eats into the time I'm trying to allow my kid to play. Better yet, make the waiver available online. Many other trampoline parks offer this. 2) the last several times I have been here, the Rockwall is an absolute free for all. The teenagers who are supposed to be supervising are not having the children who have already climbed get out of the foam cube pit, and the same people keep going up the wall so others do not get a turn. Someone is going to get hurt because there were at least 6 children under 5 in the cube pit, in the way of the jumpers off the rock wall. Other than that, the staff is very nice and tries to be helpful if you have a question.

$3 for water!!! This is not Disney world. Concessions are a joke, people come here to be active and only junk food in concessions. At least they don't have candy but chips and pizza are not healthy choices. They want you to buy their brand socks for $4. We had pairs from altitude in Skokie (so much better) and they tried to tell us that we were going to "get in trouble" for not having their brand socks. Sticky socks are sticky socks, and from what I understand they don't make a lot of money on them so--move on We won't be back. There are better places to go. Jumping areas are ok. Nothing overly impressive and everything looks well used. Rock wall has about 7 years of dirt on the climbing cleats.

Nice place for fun. Not far from Chicago. Friendly family place. They have pizza and pretzels. If you get hurt your on your own. That's what the waiver is for so be careful. Fill that out online first to avoid standing in line when you get there. You can also pay online as well. You have to have sky zone socks too. I think they are 3 dollars each. They require you to buy their brand of socks.

What would have been a fun night, if we had not experienced the disgusting unprofessionalism of manager, Jim Z.

I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

Nice clean space for the little ones to be free and have some good clean fun. She ordered cheese pizza but wanted to continue jumping. She claimed to be thirsty but continued to jump and play. Her only break was for the bathroom then it was back to jumping. My grand baby had such s good time that she was sad to go. Like many others have reported, I was repeatedly overcharged despite canceling my membership. They continued to bill me unauthorized charges totaling $100 over two months. I made multiple attempts to contact them--calling several times only to be met with a full voicemail box, and sending emails that were completely ignored. There was zero effort to acknowledge or rectify the situation. At this point, this is not just an oversight--it feels like outright theft. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. If this pattern continues, legal action, including a potential class-action lawsuit, may be necessary. Consumers deserve better than this. Edit - Response to their response 02/26/25 Your response is a generic, copy-paste reply that does not acknowledge the specific issues raised. The fact that multiple customers have reported the same billing problems, and yet your only resolution is to push us through another delayed email process, speaks volumes about your business practices. I've already attempted to resolve this through calls and emails that were ignored. Furthermore, the image of the "Business Owner" on your profile appears misleading, as research suggests a different individual actually owns this location. Really you are race swapping identities? You all are hardcore. If a company cannot even be transparent about its leadership, uses race swapping tactics, how can customers trust it to handle their money fairly? Is my research wrong here? See attached screen shot from 02/25/25. Based on your response I more strongly then ever advise against doing business with them.

It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.
